Doing a 6 stage program twice - Jay - 09-10-2012

Shannon, what are your thoughts/advice on using a 6 stage program (AM 5.0 for example) and doing another run of the same program immediately afterwards?

It's not a bad idea, although you probably will want to allow for 2-4 weeks of "settling time" between run throughs, so the programming can be processed and assimilated more fully.

SM 2.0 was so good for my socializing that I was seriously tempted to re-run it when I got to the end. With that one, settle time may not be necessary.

With WM 2.0 being in 5G, it would definitely need a few weeks of settling time.

What about settling time for AM 5.0?Is it O.K to switch over to another
set (AM 5.0/SM/WM) or does it also need settling time?

Adding my question here too:
And at this settling time you should take a break from subs? Or could I use another subs for 32 days and then do the re-run?

AM 5.0 will do best with some time to settle also. Again, 2-4 weeks should be good.

You primarily need to take a break from the specific title in use. That particular set of instructions needs to be processed and integrated. However, it's best to use no subs during that process, but not so important that it can't be done any other way. The exception is going to be 5G subs, especially six stage sets. You'll want to give those some quality alone time with your brain after you finish using them.
