My AAMTS V7 Journey - Tiagoferreira - 10-22-2026 AAMTS V7 Stage 0 Hi there, I've just finished AAMTS V7 Stage 0 6.5G which I've been using for the last 4 months, and thought I would share my journey with it, to hopefully give some valuable feedback on the program and share some results from the first stage that perhaps someone might find interesting. Before diving into more specifics, I can say that this subliminal is the first one that seriously have made a positive change in my life and that has also helped me overcome internal obstacles that I've been carrying for as long as I can remember. It has helped me to become less anxious, become more assertive and expressive, less worried about what people think about me, and just be myself and enjoy myself and having a good time around others. It has helped me heal internally significantly, more than any healing subliminal that I've used in the past. It has felt like a serious but kind mentor that has pushed me past my obstacles, and shown me that I can overcome them. I'm really excited to start "the real deal" of this journey, and to be honest I'm also a bit nervous about it, seeing what kind of changes that Stage 0 has managed to create and push me towards. It's going to be an interesting 7 months ahead, and I'm excited to see what type of man I will be after a full run-through. Specific results I stopped drinking alcohol This is a big one. I've been drinking since I was maybe 18 and haven't really had more than a month without alcohol. I've been so used drinking, and almost doing it just because everyone else was doing it. Now I've haven't had a drink in soon 3 months, and I've been going to all types of social events, being out on my own (which I have done in the past as well, but after drinking), been on dates, etc. It's all fine. I don't miss it. I have just as fun without it, and can enjoy myself. And no more hangovers. This is amazing! I might open up to drink some nice glass of wine etc in the future, but right now I feel that giving my body and myself time from alcohol will help me integrate and keep developing during the AAMTS journey. Started dating again Had a long dry-spell before Stage 1. Started dating some girls during Stage 0, and have had some really nice times with them and good sex. I feel more comfortable in myself, more playful, also been exploring my own dominant side, which all of the girls I've been with has explicitly or implicitly shown to appreciate. More assertive and expressive I'm more edgy, express my opinions in a more direct way. This has also made my sense of timing and humor way better. I can say things that I usually didn't date to say before. Which make me more "attuned" to the moment, not always monitoring "how" i should be, I more "just am myself", in the lack of better description. This is great. Also speak my mind more, take more responsibility at work, and look at myself as a leader (something I've had anxiety about in the past, but now starts to feel more and more natural). I take care of my needs I come from a place where I've had big anxiety about looking at my own needs, feeling like I'm "using" other people when I look at my own needs. This anxiety has seriously decreased, and I can be very blunt when I feel I need something, like someone trying to get my attention when I need to go to sleep I just end the conversation and go do whatever I feel I need, like go to bed, be by myself, etc. This is amazing. A freedom. Stepped up meditation practice Upped my meditation from 30 minutes per day to 1,5-2h per day, which I really feel I need and is giving me a lot. Also found a great practitioner that I go to every week that helps med work through energetic blockages and get in touch with myself. Changed my style Bought some jewelry, ring, new watch, necklace, new jackets. Feels like I found more of my own style, dare to dress a bit outside of the "plain" and "safe" clothing I have had in the past, finding what I like, without feeling the need to try to look like everyone else. Working on "game" and playfulness Found some good content creators in the "pickup" area that I resonate with and find ways to work on myself to become more playful around girls, owning the frame, being witty, etc - all of those things that create emotional reactions in girls, that I feel are pretty fun, rather like I found before being manipulative. It's more a fun game to do to make them have a better time, rather than manipulating them to get into bed with you. I feel like I've started experimenting being more playful, joking around with a date for example, playing with some made up story that we explore together, that was really fun and also created a lot of attraction. Don't feel the need to dominate as much Previously I've had a tendency to take over conversations in groups, making them kind of stall, as I tried to "take control". I feel much less need for this, and feel more comfortable in myself in group settings, letting the conversation develop naturally, and being more "part of it" rather than "controlling it", which feels really nice, and way more enjoyable. And at the same time, when I tell a story for example, I'm more captivating and animated than before, where I really can capture peoples attention, build up tension in telling a story and deliver a good punch line. I feel like I can take my own place without being dominant. Stepped up work on my side-businesses Have become super productive in my side businesses and done a huge amount of improvements to it, which has also increased sales. Taking more initiatives, just calling people and asking them for stuff. Have become more mature in the relationship with my co-founder, not getting irritated on him, rather being the leader in the relationship, leading with positivity, but also being able to take conflicts when they arise, and take a step back and apologize when I've overstepped. Become more willing to open up Have explored stuff that I've had a lot of shame of in the past with both a girl I've been dating and with my friends. Opening up to really deep things and getting them out there, which has felt really good and like lifting a weight from my shoulders, and also to see that I can be accepted, even when sharing things that I've previously felt a lot of shame around. Stopped watching porn I've had serious binges during Stage 0, and went really deep into my most shameful kinks, which I've also shared with a girl I've been dating (point above), and in some way, letting all this out in the open helped me process it, talk about it. See that a lot of it came from a self-hatred and feelings on inadequacy. Working on loving myself has helped me work through this. And staying with the feeling of inadequacy, instead of resorting into porn that help me validate that feeling, has also helped a lot. Also the idea that staying with all of those uncomfortable emotions (that you run from when you resort to porn) is what really help you grow, has been a valuable thought to keep me from falling back into it. A more allowing image of myself I feel less that I need to "be masculine" in some type of preconceived way for example, but can accept myself more like a whole person and venture into different parts of myself, rather than feeling that I need to fit into some kind of mold, which have felt very freeing. More mature way to handle emotions I've learned more about staying present with uncomfortable emotions and let them have their moment without feeling the need to act upon them. Feeling them and seeing where they come from, and seeing if they have something to teach me, rather than feeling offended for example, and lashing out on someone, trying to save my ego for example. It's still hard, but am becoming better at it. AI Summary I also fed my private journal into Chat GPT to see what it found, and it gave me an interesting summary: Quote: The strongest overall shift is from trying to secure your worth through performance and other people's And I think I can agree with what's written above. I certainly feel that I've done progress in my way to carry myself in my life, etc. But there still is work to be done in feeling secure and worthy in myself, especially in moments when situations arise when this might usually get into question. Even though I've made progress in this area as well, but maybe it hasn't fully caught up with the ability to enjoy and go about my life. Will be interesting to see how this develops during the following steps. Quote:Other people increasingly appear as people, rather than verdicts on youAlso a quote from the AI report that I strongly can resonate with. I can be more open with people doing their decisions in life, not feeling like I need to try to make them think or act as I do, because I feel fine with just doing my thing, and not being dependent on what they do or don't. To close this off I think this summary from the AI report does it pretty well: Quote:You seem to have developed more freedom to be yourself. The major unfinished task is preserving Really looking forward to stages 1-7. This is an amazing program. Thank you for the years of dedication that had made it possible to make @Shannon. Hope you take some time now and then and remember what kind of change your work is making for other peoples lives. RE: My AAMTS V7 Journey - Tiagoferreira - 10-22-2026 Double post. Can be deleted. |
