DMSI 5.0 6G - GreekGod22 - 11-09-2025
First day on the latest DMSI was 05 November 2025.
What happened so far:
- was at the gym, some hot woman in my proximity, I saw her before. Didn’t notice obvious stares from her, but I did feel a sensation of heat in my body and sensations in my genital area. I suppose this is the “flushing” effect, or the aura powering up.
- interest levels and likes on dating apps have trended upwards since
- yesterday, I was at the mall, a woman with her boyfriend next to her turned her head towards me
09 November
- Had my first lay since being on DMSI last night, a girl came over to my place (for the second time). I’d say it’s shaping up to be a FWB arrangement. I did notice intense sexual craving from her, more then the first time.

Felt emotional tonight. Had a realisation that I am still emotionally and energetically connected to my ex girlfriend, and I haven’t completely detached.
We had a deep attachment between us, but so many painful memories and mistakes that we did. We both didn’t know better and made big mistake.
It’s been more than 2 years, and I didn’t have the courage to fully detach and let go. She was the first woman that I felt that has truly loved me.
In a way, staying stuck was a manifestation of my fear, the fear that I wouldn’t receive love anymore from another woman.

I'm wondering if/ how much caffeine interferes with the program. I usually drink 1-2 cups daily, one in the morning and one at noon.
Also, I did reduce my masturbation habits since being on DMSI, but not completely. And in some situations, I definitely felt an arousal coming from the program. I'd like to hear some thoughts on those who have used DMSI more extensively (current or past versions) on how important is to abstain from what I mentioned above.

Otherwise, the girl/ woman that I mentioned she was my first lay on the program earlier this month, she confessed to me on our third night together that she was a virgin when we first did it (first time was in October, so just before DMSI). I was quite surprised by her confession. I did notice she wasn't very experienced but didn't imagine I was her first.
As another update to report - I do get obvious stares from women from time to time, but I'm kinda used to getting them even before. Also, from time to time, I do feel the DMSI aura powering up and making me more aroused.
I'm also getting quite a lot of interest on dating apps, higher than when I wasn't on DMSI.
I also must confess that I've been struggling for years with a low libido (physiological/ hormonal causes). If my libido was higher, I would have definitely had more lays and more motivation to go after it.

Yesterday at the gym something notable happened. I was approached by a woman at the gym, asking me if I know if/ where there are barbells that weigh less than the standard weight (20kg).
It caught me by surprise, as I could have gotten more out of the conversation. Maybe I’ll see her again.
This has rarely happened - being approached at the gym by someone new. Must have happened 3-4 times in as many years.
What was interesting was how she wasn’t even near me when she approached, it’s like she came from the other part of the gym, and walked straight to me.

2nd lay on DMSI 5.0 this past weekend. Wasn't the easiest or more straightforward one, but my experience into dismantling her objections made the difference.

Also, lately I’ve been a bit irritated about women who play hard to get, or give any sign of non-compliance. Things like “I’m free only 2 weeks. from now”, “maybe, we’ll see”.
I’m going for high interest women only. Women who enthusiastically follow my lead, agree to my plans and are submissive around me.
I don’t bother with others who make it hard to seduce them.

Ngl you seem like one of the best executors of this program, the ones not interested i assume are the ones not targeted because of unavailability in some way.
But you are also running the normal listening time no?
And have little to no resistance to its goals (are quite successful with women outside of DMSI)?

@Baya In the DMSI thread poll, I answered with Neutral, so I'd say it's been between Neutral and Positive so far with DMSI 5.0.
My peak execution, I remember, was on DMSI 3.5, I had 4 or 5 lays in as many days, one after another. That was really fun.
I am running normal listening time - 1 loop US (20min).
I do have a lot of experience with women (outside DMSI), my looks has helped me a lot, tbh. But my confidence levels are not quite unshakable, and my masculine energy could be higher, and I still get intimidated by very attractive women.

Switched to Masked format for the last 2 days of the last cycle. Last night, I had an amazing night with a great woman. She is 6 years older than me, I generally prefer younger women. But we clicked very well mentally, sexually.
We started talking online, she was high interest from the start. She agreed to come over straight to my place. There was a lot of tension and passion between us. Everything flowed naturally without any impediments from her side.
So I guess this was the 3rd different woman I’ve been with sexually in 7 weeks of DMSI. Not that the numbers matter, but just to have some perspective.

I have ran my last cycle and will stop at the 2 months mark. Overall, results have been less than expected.
After a while, I switched to Masked for 2 cycles, and all interest in sex and women disappeared. Returned to Ultrasonic and it still hasn’t fully recovered.
My libido is alarmingly low lately, and that’s an issue I have to find a solution to. This if course isn’t caused by DMSI, I’ve had it before.

Have you tried Hybrid format?
