Day 1 - A package was inside my gate. (video replay shows the driver left it) It was for my female neighbor. When I opened her gate, I saw she was standing inside the kitchen. The front door flew open before I could knock.
Her: Hi! Come on in!
I walked in and closed the door. (This is the first time she invited me inside.) We talked for the next 30 minutes about my surgical procedure, she asked to see my stitches. She was packing a cooler with fruits, sandwiches, and drinks. One of her kids came out and asked her when they were leaving.
Her: I promised I’d take them to the park.
It’s been 1 week since my surgery, and I’m allowed to drive my car. I thought I was a homebody, but I was wrong. I was looking forward to going out!!

Day 2 - Things are back to normal. People (Men, Women, & Children) all walk past me. No eye contact, no smiles, & no hand wave. Even the women aren’t scowling at me.
My male neighbor is getting a new fence installed. I thought to myself, (If one of these guys waves, makes eye contact, or smiles at me, I’ll ask them to install a new fence for my home) They ignored me when I went out with Mom & ignored me when we got home.
Day 3 | Day 4 - We stayed home. All the neighbors were at work when we went outside for sunshine & fresh air.
Day 5 - Mom is spending Easter with our Family, & I’m spending it with a group of friends from work. A majority of the restaurants in my area are closed for Easter. I ended up at a friend's home, and he had a cookout. Only place open where I could grab food was at the Chinese restaurant.
Aside from everyone telling me how good I look for someone who had surgery, I remembered a dream.
(Dream) Two women were showing me a home. As I tried to talk to the friendly woman, the aggressive woman kept interrupting and saying, “Follow me, let me show you the home.” I got the friendly woman’s number. (End of Dream)
Day 6 - As soon as I stepped outside my gate with Mom. My female neighbor opened her gate, stepped outside, and greeted us. (All I kept thinking was, “Why didn’t this happen when Mom wasn’t around) Cock blocked by Mom.
Day 7 - Today begins my 5 days off from listening.
When I went to my dentist appointment for a cleaning, I stopped for a beverage. The young lady brought me my beverage, and I smiled widely and said, “Thank you!” She was speechless, smiled widely, tilted her head, made solid eye contact, and acted like she had met someone famous. I was stunned by her reaction because I hadn’t seen anyone react like that before. (with me) I kept my emotions in check, kept smiling, and walked away to get to my dentist appointment on time.
After I got into my car, I had an epiphany that I needed to smile and speak up when I am interested in the opposite sex.
Everyone who works at the dentist's office knows us (me & mom), and they acted normally with me.
There were 15 empty chairs in the waiting room. When the chair next to me was empty, male or female patients would sit next to me, but they didn't strike up a conversation with me.

First of all, congradulations on this new journey and experience 4Kingdom's. #2) Clearly some "things" are being worked out & worked on with this program, you're close but not quite there YET !
You, Mister, are sooo observant, thats great. A friend of mine some 30+ yrs ago ,who does a special form of clearing work, was working on some "intimacy" blocks , at the time & her cat would start acting this out ,by rubbing up against her a few times and then go into the other room, this happened 10 or so times, My friends, she cleared up " Men always abandon me" & had bought that that was True for her subconsciously and several other false, "ratty" beliefs from her inner mind.
That afternoon the SAME Cat ,jumped in her lap and purred for an hour. I bet cha you break through whatever it is, within the next month, 3 weeks or less.

Day 8 (2 of 5 days off from listening) - As I drove around today, I saw a newly opened Chick-fil-A. I was trying to figure out how to park because I saw DO NOT ENTER.
I found the entrance. 3 lanes separated by concrete posts.
Lane 1 Dine In/Carry Out/Parking

Lane 3 Mobile Thru
The first thing I noticed inside was that the kitchen was hidden. In every fast food restaurant in my area, you can see the kitchen from the front counter. A man was at the front counter.
As I'm waiting for my order. I caught a customer “cougar” checking me out. I’m 59 y/o, she looked like she was in her late 60s to early 70s. She quickly turned away when she saw I had spotted her. I would have talked to her if she had been my age or younger.
A woman in her 20s came through the kitchen doors and served my order.
Her: Take out for 4Kingdoms.
Me: I’m right here. Thank you.
She was star-struck. I’m not sure, maybe because she wasn’t my type, but she quickly snapped out of it and returned to her normal self.
(star-struck - her eyelids opened wide and her bottom jaw hung wide open)
My encounter on Day 7 prepared me for similar situations.
(Dream) I was in a parking lot loading the car of a male friend with groceries. I put the shopping cart away, and when I returned, my male friend had driven away without me. I calmly walked back to the store, thinking if I should use my Lyft app to get a ride or call my male friend and ask why he took off without me. (End of dream)

Day 7 (2 days ago) - Today begins my 5 days off from listening.
(addendum) During my dental cleaning, the hygienist saw that the filling on my implant had fallen out. The implant is screwed in and the filling is applied to match the artificial tooth and to keep food from getting in.
The dental hygienist told me my dentist is on vacation, and my other dentist only works Mon-Wed-Fri.
Her: Do you want to come in tomorrow, or are you okay with the lady dentist?
Me: If the lady dentist has time, I’ll get the filling today.
The lady dentist is hot. I was rooting for X4A-1600 to do its thing!! She was very professional, and the filling was done in 5 minutes.
I go to the front desk to pay for the dental work.
1st receptionist: The lady dentist told me to bill his insurance, but not to charge him.
2nd receptionist: Don’t charge him? Are you sure?
1st receptionist: Let me check, I’ll ask the lady dentist again.
1st receptionist: The lady dentist said he doesn’t have to pay.
2nd receptionist: Okay. Let’s make your next appointment for a 6-month cleaning.
X4A-1600 did something, I didn’t have to pay for the dental work. Whatever they get from my dental insurance will be fine with me and the lady dentist.
Day 9 - Today (3 of 5 days off from listening) - I did my errands today, breakfast, lunch (take out), shopped at 2 different grocery stores. Talked to a lot of people, all acted normal, nothing to report.
(Dream) I’m outside sweeping. I didn’t recognize the neighborhood, but it felt like home. After I accumulated a pile of leaves and loose paper trash, the thought “I forgot the dustpan” entered my mind. (End of dream)
FYI: Obviously, my dreams don't make sense, but these are the dreams I remember.

If you read Post #1, you will see that my intention in running X4A-1600 was to socialize. When I ran Optimal Self Confidence, people I didn't know were very friendly towards me, eye contact, smiling, & hand waving.
People I knew wanted to hug before we parted ways.
On X4A-1600, I've been experiencing quite the opposite. The other day, as I was walking into the local grocery store that I shop at. None of the employees/management said good morning. I walked in and walked out, I felt like I was invisible.

My Mom has super hearing to compensate for her total loss of vision, we sleep on opposite sides of the home, and she wears earplugs. I've been listening to X4A-1600 at bedtime.
About an hour after I woke up, I just asked my mom to keep her earplugs in for 20 minutes, I explained why. She understood and was okay with it.
I went to the bank to pay my monthly neighborhood dues. There were 9 people ahead of me and only one teller.
A woman in her 80s or 90s was done with her transaction. I saw her look at me out of the corner of my eye. I turned my head, we made eye contact, she smiled, and said "Hi". I smiled back and said "Hi".
I went to the beauty salon to make an appointment for my Mom's haircut and coloring.
The hairstylist was texting someone, and I told her to take her time. I sat down against the wall, it was the only chair on that side of the salon.
The countertop was blocking my view, I didn't see anyone come in. Next thing I know, this girl, 18/19 maybe in her early 20s, was standing directly in front of me. I looked up slowly to get a view. Then I saw a big smile, we made eye contact, she said "Hi" and I smiled and said "Hi".
I expected her to back up when the hairstylist was done texting to get my Mom's info. She did not back up and kept smiling and looking at me, up close. If my friend were there, she would tell me that the girl is thirsty.
After I made the appointment, I was trying to figure out how to get out of this cramped space without touching her. As I turned sideways to get by her, she followed my lead, keeping eye contact and smiling the entire time. And she sat in the chair that I got up from.
It may be best practice to listen to X4A-1600 right before going out into public!!

This week was my 5 (Five) days off. Ordinary week.
Yesterday, May.9.2025 I met my friend from work at a fast food restaurant for lunch. We decided to sit down and eat inside. This was my 2nd day on - Day 24.
I arrived earlier than my friend and ordered takeout for my Mom. A woman in her 20s was in front of me, with the body type that arouses me. Her face was attractive, another plus. She was standing next to me for 5 mins waiting for our takeout. Close enough to touch shoulders.
A Uber Eats driver walked in and stood at the other end of the counter and got his delivery order. She saw that and walked quickly to that side of the restaurant to get her food.
Not enough time for my aura to affect her?
In Post #9 of my journal, the young woman who approached me was cute, but not my body type. I did not see her approach me until she was directly in front of me.
Better results because I didn't have any expectations for an outcome?

A few minutes went by, they stopped talking, and the 2 that had their backs towards me turned in their seats to face me. All 4 had angry expressions on their faces. This continued for 30 mins until they got up and left without food or beverages.
My friend was very talkative; he kept interrupting me when I tried to speak, so I just listened and let him talk.
I’m not sure if any of this is significant, but for me, it was unusual and noticeable.
I've been remembering a lot of dreams, there are too many to write about. The most interesting dream I remember was that all my current co-workers and I were working at my first job that I had in my teens.

Generation 5.10 & 5.11 had the “Grounding Shield” embedded in the Skeleton Script. While using the 5.10 & 5.11 generation subliminals, I experienced little to no negativity with other people.

Recently, I’ve been aware that my friends/coworkers have been making me “the butt of their jokes”.
I ignored their comments & changed the subject because I enjoyed the outing, the get-together, or the cookout.
For one week, I had a dull headache on my temples & taking aspirin wasn’t helpful. The aspirin was enough to remove the pain, but the dull tapping on my temples was noticeable.
Yesterday, 5.17.2025 - Day 32 - 4th day off, I decided to buy & listen to Directional Reflection Shield Version 2.0 (DRS 6G) for 55 mins.

It was another reason for purchasing DRS 6G!!
I own DRS v1 5.75G, which is not compatible with X4A-1600.
No biggie!! I am aware of how v1 did its thing.
I'm sure that v2 will feel like a punch in the gut for the person sending negative vibes!
I'll report my findings.
