TMPO-Time Management & Priority Optimization in action... - rono - 01-06-2025 Hi @Shannon, I have wanted to start this thread for a long time, but I've been super-busy and partially because I think the sub itself de-prioritized going on the forums with all the other things I had to do. SO much to say, but I'll get started slowly and gradually add posts. I began listening to this actually one month ago. Initially, it felt similar to some of your other subs, but then several interesting characteristics emerged. I haven't re-read the description for a month and won't do so till I'm done making my observations so I can do so without being influenced by reading your intentions other than what I remember. Initially, I got off to a slow start, I thought I'd want to listen to it longer or more often, believing that autoconfig was moving me that direction. But I decided to give it a week or two. Now, after a month, I am pretty happy with the regular 2 day on and 2 day off cycle. Not sure I could take any more. This thing has made me a force to be reckoned with. I have a hard time stopping once I begin a task and if I am sure I can complete a task I usually do that one first. That only screwed me over once when I had to swap out a modem for an upgrade to my internet service. LONG story but that wasn't the sub's fault since I had done that operation many times in minutes. The modem they sent me (enticing me with a 400% increase in my band width along with a REDUCTION in my fees) was a bum one, so was the second one. Then finally after over a day of fussing with it and buying a new router, too, they sent a tech who took two hours to get the whole thing working. I worked for over 35 years in tech so I'm no bum on this stuff, but their service and equipment were not up to snuff. So I lost 2 days doing something that HAD to be completed after thinking and planning it to be only a half hour operation. So, there are some interesting side effects to this sub. I often feel almost overstimulated but not quite. Just more engaged and action-oriented than I'm used to. My blood pressure (which I have taken each morning for months) has been slightly elevated consistently, but nothing dangerous--but I'm watching it. Also, this could have to do with an extremely busy holiday season. My wife has really appreciated my attitude and has been showing more respect and affection. She has even commented on my more positive attitude. Now I was never really negative, but the boost in positivity has helped her. Also, I was able to accomplish much more than I usually do in the holiday season EVEN WITH my inability to avoid periodic distractions. So, that's pretty cool. I have been having trouble sleeping through the night. My brain wakes up and really starts dreaming and waking in cycles after the middle of my sleep. Sometimes I feel like getting up and doing stuff only after 4 hours of sleep. BUT I feel exhausted when I do get up after 6 hours of sleep (almost 8 hours in bed measured by my Oura ring). Here is the surprising one, @Shannon, It has a sexual effect for me. It has awakened my libido as much or MORE than SARM ever did. Plus, it has improved (and this is why I'm in the NSFW section here) the quality and frequency of erections! Is that by intent? or is it some kind of weird side-effect. I wondered if it would go away after a couple weeks, but after a 2 day break I restarted today and felt that 'surge' that has become familiar. Thoughts? Cheers! Looking forward to your thoughts and feedback! The subconscious is not rational, and has sometimes got some very strange ideas as to what is what. Without using hypnosis or something similar to explicitly trace those beliefs to their source, I could not guess why this happens. But i see it regularly that those strange beliefs, usually resulting from erroneous conclusions made by the very young mind without logic or the benefit of much understanding, can have some very unexpected effects. As such unexpected results like this usually result from interacting with such odd beliefs and conclusions in unexpected ways. I appreciate your feedback. It is very useful for developing and improving the script further. I'm also pleased that you've benefited from the program. I'll do my best to remember more details of my experiences. I have some suspicions about my reactions, but I'm not ready to speculate yet. Wanted to see what you had to say. There are some other unusual effects that I noticed that did not spring immediately to mind this afternoon when I wrote this. I will post those as I remember them and/or as they crop up. By the way, I forgot to give my personal specs. I am approaching 70 years old, married 40+ years, physically fit (work out 5x a week), father of 3 grandfather of >12, retired from 35 years as a programmer and cloud tech, now doing my avocation as a vocation though not as many hours a week as required by a full-time job. Still requires many hours at a computer, though. I'm a musician but not as active at that as I would like to be, though one of the effects is I'm more disciplined at playing and also more interested in writing songs than I have been in the last 10 years. So there has been a slight creative boost. I'm also bilingual and my verbal fluency seems to have improved a bit--in both languages. My coworkers in my volunteer work are noticeably more respectful of me and my opinions than prior to starting the TMPO sub. Maybe it's improved my aura? Rono RE: TMPO-Time Management & Priority Optimization in action... - Shannon - 01-06-2025 I would say it's most likely the side effect of it altering your intent and that has reflected itself in your aura, which they pick up and respond to. |
