Has anyone tried this program yet?? I've been using it for a week and I can feel the "energy buzzing" as I call it but I don't know what to expect to improve or in what time frame, I know this program is "open ended and universally useful" i'm just curious to know if anyone else has used it and what it helped for them. Any feedback would be appreciated!
