Shannon may disagree, but to me, a cycle is just a pattern of behavior. Recognize your own pattern of behavior to break free of the cycle.
For example you might reach a peak, and only conclude that it's a peak because you realize that you're doing so well, which triggers you to sabotage your happiness and then you start to crash, and seek ways to get back to the peak, and the cycle continues. If you think everything is going to go wrong then it almost certainly will, which has absolutely nothing to do with astrology.
