UMS 5.5 usage shedule - Jacques - 11-13-2022
Hey there,
I've a question about the usage shedule.
Last night I listened to 4 rounds of UMS 5.5 (hybrid). Previously, I listened to 2 rounds for 4 days and take 4 days off (for 5-6 weeks).
Today I woke up with a headache and feeling a bit dizzy.
I'm wondering if this is a sign that 4 rounds is too much, maybe I should use it 3 (or go back to 2)?
I read you're supposed to follow your own feeling but I've no idea wheter I should increase or decrease usage.
Any guidance?
