I bought ASR today. Listened to it 4 hours ago and I feel so good ! But I also feel a little bit sleepy . I listened to it for 15 minutes. Probably I will reduce to 10 minutes tomorrow. First effect : no more pain in my lower back. So it is really great !

I read its sales description and it looks very interesting, only 15-45 minutes of listening??
I wonder if it works on broken individuals who respond to nothing?
Only one way to find out.
I will stream it for a month.
