Back again and giving LTU6 a go, currently Cycle 2 Day 2. While LTU6 is not what I want to do (would love to do the new DMSI once it comes out) its definitely what I need to do. For a long while now I've been very unhappy and quite stressed out by building a house and while LTU6 probably won't directly head towards the goals I'm after, getting my mental, emotional and physical state in check is what I need at the moment so felt LTU6 would be the best fit.
I've always been plagued by massive amounts of resistance with subs but each version of FRM has lead to less and less resistance so I'm hoping this version will be the same. I've definitely felt less so far with the only sign being exhaustion in the mornings.
So far I've been noticing very vivid dreams during the night but upon waking I've not been able to remember them which is odd as I usually remember vivid dreams and these are much more vivid than I've ever had. I've also noticed the exhaustion in the morning followed by feeling more carefree and happy during the afternoons. I noticed by my second day of some of the old patterns of negative thinking had returned in force.
Apart from my mental states there has been to very odd events. In the first one my Mum showed me a photo of me as a kid, she has never ever bought out photos of me as a kid even my dad commented on how odd it was. This made me realize how happy and carefree I used to be as a kid, I'd been told I was a very happy and carefree kid but never seen it myself and that photo displayed it.
The next event was with my brother (who I currently live with). He is one of the messiest most disorganized people I have ever met but just this morning he went through and completely reorganized and decluttered our kitchen and living room. This was the first time I had ever seen him do this and it lead to me doing a bit of reorganization as well.
That's what I've noticed so far, hopefully this trend continues and the new FRM works it's magic to overcome my usual resistance.

So, is there any growth and progress when you use LTU 6 ? Im very interested if you tell me about your progress.
