Hi Shannon can you explain what do you mean by Masked goes the deepest?

You have a range of conscious detection of anything your senses report (smell, taste, touch, hearing, seeing) and another, wider range of what your subconscious mind detects from your senses.  If we were to plot these on a number line, you might say that the conscious mind can detect from, say, -3 to +3 and the subconscious mind can detect -5 to +5.  Relatively speaking, this means the subconscious mind detects a lot of input from your senses that the subconscious mind does not.  This is in the "subliminal" ranges for those sense.

Now let's say you can only make out what a spoken sentence means consciously down to a volume of -15 decibels, but your subconscious can understand the same thing down to a volume of -50 decibels.  (These are arbitrary numbers, but they serve to make the point.)

Below -15 decibels (dB), you are only able to consciously understand parts of what was said, and you consciously understand none of what was said starting at -20 dB and below.  So the subliminalized audio starts at between -15 and -20 dB and goes to -50 dB, and it is subliminal because your conscious mind can't understand it (below -15 dB) or even detect it (below -20 dB).  Now the subconscious is able to detect and understand it, but not the conscious mind, which is why it is now subliminal.

But there are different levels of subconscious awareness.  If the volume is set to -20 dB, you will have all of your subconscious mind levels able to hear and understand it.  But as the volume drops, the layers closest to the conscious mind also progressively lose the ability to detect and understand it, until at -50 dB, only your deep subconscious can detect and understand it.

This has two effects.  First, it means that the parts of the subconscious that can hear and understand it - and thus will be responsive - are not always the same depending on what volume is presented.  Second, these parts of your subconscious have different levels of understanding and "impact" on your conscious actions.  The closer to your conscious mind a layer is, the more "impact" it will have on your conscious awareness.  Another way to put it would be that the deeper into the subconscious you go, the quieter the "thoughts" of that part of yourself are, and the closer you come to the conscious, the louder they are relative to others.  Then you cross over into the "conscious mind" and you have those thoughts being so loud relative to others that it's difficult for most people to know what their subconscious levels are trying to say.  That's why you need to quiet your conscious mind to "hear" your "inner voice", which will be some level of your subconscious mind, who speaks much more quietly than your conscious mind.

The quieter the audio, then, the deeper the levels of subconscious it will initially be detected by and responded to by.  The deeper you go into your subconscious, the less logical your subconscious thinking becomes, and eventually at the deepest levels, it becomes instinctual - at these levels, it only understands eat, sleep, avoid pain, seek pleasure, sleep and have sex.

The masked format presents the subliminalized audio on one "channel" (volume) and that is the lowest volume, so that it is impacting the deepest levels of your subconscious, among all of the format options we offer.  I have carefully chosen the volume of the subliminalized audio to prevent it from being initially detected by too low or too high a level of your subconscious mind, so that you get good results that will be sufficiently different parts of you responding that you have an alternative to try if Ultrasonic format (which is presented to the subconscious mind at normal conversational volumes, and impacts the highest levels of the subconscious mind (which, remember, are the "loudest" and most dominant).  So Masked format ins introduced below those levels to lower levels, and those lower levels may give a very different response to the same script.  In some cases, better; in some cases the same; in some cases, not as good.  But it provides you with options to try if one format isn't working.

@Shannon
Is there a way to listen to ultrasonic on earbuds or do you not recommend it at all?

If not then hybrid or masked on earbuds will be my only option

Speakers wont be an option for me as we have a 6 month old baby in the room and sleeping in a separate room wont be an option.

Not recommended for ultrasonic or hybrid.

When using ultrasonic or hybrid, it is not recommended that you use it on headphones because it can cause damage if the ultrasonic portion is too loud.  Earbuds put the speaker physically inside your ear.  That means the relative volume will be even higher than it was with headphones, at the same volume setting.

What I want to clarify is that when I say to use it on your phone at 13/15, I mean that it should be played through the phone's speaker at that volume.  It will very likely be too loud through headphones, and especially through earbuds, at that very same volume.  Even more especially if it is ultrasonic, or includes ultrasonic.

You can use ultrasonic or hybrid through headphones or earbuds, but it isn't a good idea.  If you do, you have to adjust the volume to be appropriate to the proximity of the speaker to your ear by calibrating with an audible source.  You also have to pay close attention to whether the volume causes you tinnitus, and either lower it or switch tracks if it does.

That is the final word.
