I have been listening through earbuds masked at low volume at night. About a week into the 3thrd month.
1 month anxiety seemed to lessen.
2 month begin to think about things pause when talking and get angry when people do dumb things.
3 month about a week in Starting to get a aggressive/angry tone when I talk to women. Almost like a authoritative tone. With some snappy comments mixed in.
