Day 20 (day 8 on)

The last day before the break.

I had the ultrasonic on repeat overnight. I woke with the sense of “this is too much” and I don’t know if that means that I should stop, or that I should keep going to break through resistance. I’m at work now and just put the hybrid on loop.

Otherwise nothing to report.

Given the usage pattern you're using, it means take 7 days off and observe the bloom.

OK, so I’ll be off tomorrow through next Thursday and we’ll see.

Do I have to expect a bloom for one to happen? I’ve tended to not allow myself to look forward to anything, as things tend to be disappointing.

Expectation being required would mean it only worked on placebo.  Of course you don't need to expect anything.  Just observe, and course correct based on what you observe.  No disappointment if you are properly detached from outcome.

Ugh, I’m realizing...

This morning, some of the “this is too much” feeling came from the sense that I was being kept awake. What was keeping me awake, besides the sub? Well, as the day’s gone on, I’ve felt an itching pain deep in my ears.

Is this another ear infection? FFS. I haven’t been using earplugs since starting to run DMSI, for weeks now. Body, seriously, WTF?

If you focus on that and presume that on the expectation it may happen based on preconceptions and beliefs that resistance from DMSI (or any other paradigm) may cause said illnesses you are likely to imagine it into existence fairly quickly.

From my experience when you ignore or do not focus on various illness related symptoms, and continue to be happy and present, illness related symptoms often disappear fairly quickly without ever manifesting into something larger. Through these means I usually only get properly sick once or less per year. For instance, there are many known tales of old Irish men who have smoked like chimneys and drank daily like alcoholics and lived to their late 90's and 100's with minimal health complications or sicknesses despite their so-called horrendous lifestyle choices. Many people would put this down to mystery health genes which have yet to be discovered but I personally believe it's more to do with self image, consciousness and happy (read: healthy) vibrational energy.

I think if such symptoms appear you should try to ignore them or not overly focus on them as you will exacerbate them into being literal illnesses which may have otherwise dissipated into nothing.

I’ll try.

I’ve had recurring nasty ear infections since before subs, so I hope it’s not that.

I’ve tried that and had it work, and I’ve also tried that and wound up flat on my back for five days from something that could have easily been taken care of early.

Day 21 (day 1 off)

Just woke up quite tired, and the dizziness that was gone for the past two days that I was running DMSI full blast is back. As for my ear, I wouldn’t be going to the doctor yet anyway, but I’m using a home-made mixture of vinegar and alcohol drops to try to soothe whatever’s going on in there. We’ll see if it helps.

Aside from using MIR, I have found personally that a very good option for ear infections is ionic silver or colloidal silver solution.

I have found that MIR and one of those work even better in combination.

Use them topically.

RE: whome's DMSI 3.3.2 journal - whome - 10-18-2019

Re MIR, two things.

In general, it’s said to not mix multiple subs after 5g. Is MIR mixable with others? If so it might make sense to note it on the page. (And if not, the longer term goal of the healing I want with DMSI makes it not worth disrupting.)

For me in particular, I don’t have a good history of executing subs. Even this newest DMSI is something that my subconscious is fighting, so I don’t know if it’s worth getting MIR if it’s not going to execute.

I’ll try the colloidal silver.

You cannot use MIR with anything else, and v2.1 has to be used 24/7 until at least 3 days after the symptoms of the infection are gone.  But resisting comes from fear, and you won't resist things you don't fear.  So it's a good bet that you would execute MIR.

The above is why I suggested the silver.

RE: whome's DMSI 3.3.2 journal - whome - 10-18-2019

Wild thought.

If it’s just my body acting up, then if I did MIR I likely wouldn’t resist. If maybe the infection was an act of resistance by my subconscious in reaction to my use of DMSI (to distract me or to prevent me from being able to listen to it) then maybe there wouldn’t be execution of MIR?

I bring this up because it often feels like my subconscious or my body punishes me, and it’s hard to tell the difference between random body issues and those that are suspiciously timed in a way that just so happens to interrupt a sub, or work with a coach, etc.

In any case I’ll be doing silver.

Shannon,

With regards to ionic/colloidal silver are the many claims made about it actually true- regarding what it can cure/treat and/or prevent?

Also what is the difference between ionic and colloidal?
