DMSI 3.3.2 - Changing my norm - findingme - 09-26-2019
I've been on LTU 5 for many months now, and upon doing some carpet bombing lately, I realized I've had a fear of intimacy with women. My most common interactions are with 2 women at work. This last week, I realized these short 2-5 minutes I'm doing paperwork or just saying bye are linked to some pattern of avoidance for me, as fear gets louder and stronger. It pushes me away from such interactions, and this happens in many other settings too. Adding to that, I feel regret almost every time I leave, as I'm thinking "why don't you stay...say more...?"
Living in regret is not my life's purpose, nor is it desired, so I'm going to run 3.2.2 for 3 months at least. I deserve better than this, and I'm looking to change from the inside.
I'm breaking my own internal rules by walking into fear. I'm challenging myself giving into fear time and time again. Life can be so much better. TID from 3.2.2 has been opening my eyes, so I'm going forward with this.
