Thanks. I am wavering some days between being positive and thinking I can change things the way I want to and on other days feeling hopeless. Today, I've been feeling discouraged. But I'll find a way to turn it around, I'm sure! Thanks for the support Smile

Here’s something that helped me get through my oneitis. Make up a woman, don’t use anyone who actually exists.  Fill in looks, personality, everything you can.  Now for a while imagine yourself having a healthy relationship that makes you happy with her.  Then do it again, but with a different imaginary woman.  That gets you used to the idea that there are many possibilities out there for you, and that many of them could make you happy.  I didn’t do any major formal meditation or visualization thing with that, I just daydreamed a little to sidetrack it when I thought of my ex.  You can do that with friends or whatever too.

I'll try that. Thanks.

Day 2 of bloom. Got like 6 hours of sleep, but I feel alright. I woke up thinking about how I feel like I'm stuck when it comes to manifesting the things I want into my life, especially reconciliation. I then decided that the best manifestation technique I could employ in the moment is to just improve my day to day living in a stable way. You know, learn to really like the way I'm living better.

RE: EP UMS JOURNAL - findingme - 10-20-2019

EP, my own experience using E2, UD, and LTU5 led me to stand back and relinquish some control of my desired outcomes. My biggest desires were for relational changes (in other people), and that hurt me doing so. Over time here in the forum, I watched others to see how they achieved their results, and one technique I saw in many sub users was letting go of long-held expectations of others. Me expecting others to adapt and change to my liking always stressed me out.

And like you're doing by your latest post, focusing on what you can change is actually inspiring and hope-giving for yourself. It's good to see you grow and change. You're moving forward, even if "results" don't seem visible Smile

Thanks, Findingme. I appreciate your support. Nice to know I'm making progress. I still intend on reconciliation down the line, but I'm taking things one step at a time lately.

Thanks Greenduck.

Day 3 of bloom. Really looking forward to making money with this program. Dad never gave the details on that work he wanted done, and USF Publix never hired me. It was looking like this program was helping me get money on those times, which I was excited about, but now I see that wasn't the case. Jusr gotta be patient, as Shannon pointed out though...

RE: EP UMS JOURNAL - Shannon - 10-21-2019

Why wasn't it the case? It's possible that that was the result of execution which was later sabotaged.

Shannon ,question will there be an 'extra anti-sabotage" booster som' som' thing in the next version of UMS and/or future programs., one would assume so,when the time comes. hey I may have just answered my own question. Life is groovy.

If I understand you correctly, you got job interviews when you weren’t before.  It takes a few tries sometimes.  Keep applying places, and don’t get too attached to any one result, and you’ll get a job.

Maybe, but I'm skeptical. Still, we'll see where things go from here.

Day 4 of bloom. Just woke up. Don't know what else to say.

RE: EP UMS JOURNAL - EvolvingPhoenix - 10-23-2019

Day 5 of bloom. Not noticing anything.

Skepticism is a great way to resist.
