US/LM 4.1 journey - cataleya - 07-24-2019
I am following Shannon's instructions so today is my first day off from US/LM 4.1. Doing just 2 loops during a night is a nice change. Cause I have a small bladder lol. Now I don't have to worry about breaking my ASRB.
I'm kinda concerned I haven't experienced that high on life feeling people reported considering I have been listening to US/LM since it came out in October 2018. As for this version....Other than having 2 really stressful dreams...nothing to report really...Hoping that changes soon
