Last week between Thursday and Saturday I had intense resistance (egobacklash) and my willpower was extremely low. However, I managed to handle it better than before, I didn't get depressed or sad like I used to do.

Good bye procrastination.  I'm much more patient and optimistic… This means that I can execute on the goals I set myself without much resistance or fear. Before I used to dread and talk myself out of learning a new skill. Such is not the case anymore or at least very minimal. Im eager to learn as much as I can. I STILL PROCRASTINATE and probably will for a long time but I can confidently say it's much less than before.

Baseline energy levels have also increased. In general I'm much less likely to crave caffeine/sugar. However, I do find that when I have resistance to the program I tend to crave more.

Sleep is improving and I find myself waking up less often during the night. One issue I am currently facing is earbuds falling out meaning that Im not getting the full sub exposure. I have experimented with about 6 different earbud sets. I think I finally found the right ones. The trick is to loop the cable around the ear and then insert the earbud. Also I have used a small clip to attach the cable to my t-shirt in the chest area to minimize tugging in the ear region. I put the phone in airplane mode and tuck it under my pillow.

Sleep is improving, as in it was negatively affected by LTU 5? Or you just had bad sleep for some other reason, and LTU5 helped your sleep get better?

Initially I would wake up multiple times throughout the night sometimes 4-6 times. This would leave me feeling tired and sometimes exhausted when I get up in the morning. I believe this is because my mind was resisting the program and perhaps the volume wasn't calibrated well.

And now, you are sleeping without the nigthtime awakenings anymore?

Also, try using some 3M Micropore Paper Tape to put over your ear/earphones. I used to do this and it eliminated all chance of my earphones coming out. I even do it with my new sleephones which I am trying now, cuz the sleephones slide and rotate their position during sleep sometimes, which shifts the earphone speaker away from my ear.

Yes I have acclimated and no longer waking up as often. I'm thankful that u mentioned the tape because I woke up this morning with only one of the earbuds inserted in my ear. I'll have to buy it ASAP! Thanks bro!

No motivation whatsoever and bombarded with mild emotional pain. Normal tasks feel difficult. As expected, the highs must by followed by the lows; 2 steps forward 1 step back.

As expected? Highs must be followed by lows? So much self limiting thinking here! You might want to let go of negative expectations that serve only to artificially limit you and help artificially create the negative things you expect.

@Shannon

I guess your right. Smile . I should be more positive. I'm just trying to be realistic about the path because it will never be linear as far as my experience with personal development goes. The ego always tries to maintain homeostasis so resistance is inevitable.

It amazes me how tricky and deceptive the ego is. U feel like you have locked into this better version of yourself, you feel like your acing life but then you regress. It's this constant battle with your newly constructed self and the old one. Slowly inching your way to the top.
Thumbsup

Cycle 4 2nd day

Woke up this morning feeling exhausted and just mentally broken. I don't usually have headaches but it lasted all day. Felt tired and unmotivated all day.

RE: LTU5 - Laying the Foundation - SaltyMeatballs - 03-26-2019

I have identified a problem which is preventing me from achieving anything big in life. Ever since I was 12 years old I remember writing goals down and setting targets related to self improvement. However, to this day I still can't achieve anything big. My mind is such that I will persist only as long as I feel like it. During moments of resistance I simply give up. And the mind is sneaky because it will look for any distractions to steer you off the path such as video games/porn/junk food etc etc etc…

My research into successful people thus far has revealed that motivation alone is crap and only discipline/determination grants huge success along with a clear vision and burning desire to achieve something. (with the exception of the few perhaps). An example of this is David Goggins. This man has a growth mindset like no other and can achieve anything he sets his mind to. There is also the science of habit building which I have had some success with especially with my meditation routine.

I wonder if LTU v5 with emphasis to: overcoming victim mindset, overcoming procrastination/ultra motivation, fear removal module etc… Will help me develop this relentless/success orientated mindset so that I can stay committed to a goal, regardless of how I feel to its very end, especially 5-10 year goals. At this moment, my mind is closed to such a possibility due to the number of failures I've had in the past and perhaps some mental blocks deeply hidden in my subconscious mind which I'm not aware of. I have noticed this when I attempt to dream really big like retiring early/becoming financially free for example. I hope that LTU will address these issues or at least to an extent by laying the groundwork for other subs like AM/BASE.

This response is also riddled with self limiting beliefs that you are using to hold yourself back. Can you identify them?

[Day 29] Cycle 5 2nd rest day
I have noticed so far…

• A lot of resistance and much more than I expected. Its mainly located in the abdomen area and also manifests as nose congestions, sore throat, brain fog and headaches. Sometimes it builds up so much I need to cry it out.
• Less cravings to consume caffeine and play video games.
• So far I haven't noticed any gains in productivity/motivation levels, tbh I've been procrastinating more.
• Increase in self-esteem and confidence… less needy and more existentially grounded. Hard to put into words but there has definitely been an improvement along those lines.
• Occasional anger issues surfacing but in general I've become much more tolerant and understanding of other people.
• And probably much more but not aware of it.

Im switching from masked to hybrid for the next month to see if the effects are any different.

Have you ever tried silent ultrasonic?

RE: LTU5 - Laying the Foundation - SaltyMeatballs - 04-01-2019

@dissonance

Yes I have used it on a 4g sub but didnt notice much difference. I might try it with LTU5 next month after using hybrid. My intention is try out all the formats and see which one works best. However, im not sure if its convenient to use ultrasonic in a military environment.. aside from weekends im currently sharing a room with 14 other people.

[Day 34] Ending cycle 6

Heart Wow! I must say, hybrid seems much more powerful compared to masked. Very vivid and unusual dreams have occurred consistently as outlined briefly below. Notice how each  one is related to success. I rarely have dreams like these.

Night 1: dreamed about falling in love with this awesome looking chick I have seen on army base.
Night 2: dreamed about owning an expensive villa
Night 3: dreamed about driving an expensive BMW around town

This week much less fucks about how others think of me were given. I feel and talk with much more confidence. Furthermore, I've been more inclined to eat cleaner. Perhaps it's because I am becoming more mindful of how certain foods are affecting my mental state? Is it because LTU has increased my baseline level of energy. I have mentioned before how I'm consuming considerably less caffeine. This also applies to other forms of stimulation such as video games, porn, sugar etc..

I am happy with the results thus far. I hope it continues. Pirate

Currently facing a problem regarding ear buds. I try to tape them to my ears but it's uncomfortable. They still manage to come out of my ear during sleep. Ill have to shop around for better earbuds especially designed for sleep. If anyone could follow up with a suggestion that would be awesome. Smile
