I use(d) these:
Cozy Phones
The cord is long and doesn't tangle, and the headband isn't fleece - which would get too hot for my head. Bluetooth is currently contraindicated for use with Shannon's subs (not sure if that applies to just FLAC, or mp3 too - since mp3 is already compressed, it may not undergo any conversion). I've never had issues getting results from subs using FLAC and Bluetooth, but that's the official recommendation from Shannon.

Cheap doesn't give the manufacturer incentive to do it right. Done wrong, bluetooth apparently uses too much audio compression for effective transfer of subliminal audio. I wouldn't try to go cheap on Bluetooth headphones, if I used them at all.

As long as they have an upper frequency response of at least 20 kHz.
