Stop running V3.0.1 completely, as V3.1 should be released tomorrow. Then, run V3.1-A until you reach the design goal. That's my advice.

Very perceptive, Travis. You are correct. That is exactly what this version is doing.
I contemplated calling this one 4.0, but I decided that I want to have the final be 3.x-Final, so I don't have a bunch of version numbers before it actually works as designed.
