Day 188 - 190

Closer and closer to the end. Nothing more noticeable. I think I still cannot grasp to what extent AM changed me. I think I never will. I am behaving naturally, that's all. Cannot look back to how I was before. The few things I do remember about my past life are part of an old self. I cannot believe I used to behave in such a beta way. So yes, changes have happened. I now see AM5 as a foundation sub. Something on which you base yourself to have a better life. But if you want more specific changes, it's best to use specific subs I think.

I'll be using EPRHA next, it's already downloaded and sitting in my Dropbox, waiting to be downloaded to my smartphone. The process of changing sub or stage is one that excites me a lot because I don't know what to expect from that new thing. So I am truly excited to do the final step, erase AM5 Stage 6 from my smartphone and download EPRHA to it.

But I still have 3 more nights with Stage 6 of AM5. I don't expect anything from those 3 nights but who knows Tongue

Emotionally, well feeling bad, like my life is pointless. But I'm working towards my goals anyway.

See you soon,
-Adri

End of AM5/GM

This journey was really interesting. I am an alpha male. It is natural, I do not question it. It seems too easy, like I've always been that way. I know it isn't the case but I can't believe I was something else 7 months ago.

AM5 does work. I recommend it. Been on EPRHA for something like 22 days. Read my EPRHA Journal for more details.

I love you guys, thanks for reading this journal. If you've got questions about my journey, feel free to ask on this topic.
