First, the program has you off balance, but it's intended to be subtle, regardless, so it doesn't pull you away from being able to function.  That does not mean it isn't happening.

Second, the harshness of AM6 was the expectation, and the reality is that 6.5G just plows through most resistance.  It IS kicking your ass - but it's doing it so well that you consciously experience it as easier than what you remember from Version 6.  That's not to say it's easy for you at a subconscious level.  But I'm trying to make it as smooth as possible so people will finish the program.  Some will experience more challenge consciously than others.

You did a damned good job with Stage 1. I was very impressed by it.

I'm currently listening to my first loop of Stage 2.

Stage 2 - Day 2

I've felt odd today. First off, i was really tired when i woke up this morning. I went on my usual morning walk, but I didn't feel the initial zest is become accustomed to with Stage 1.

I've felt extremely dazed where I've had a hard time reading, comprehending, and even focusing my eyes at times. But it oscillates to where I feel somewhat (but not quite) normal.

I've had a few instances where I felt some underlying anxiety. The anxiety was barely noticeable until I stopped and allowed myself to ponder the odd feeling I was experiencing. Then, I noticed the trembling which is something I tend to experience when a sub is pushing me to do something in scared of.

I've also been really sleepy at times throughout the day. I fell asleep at lunch. I expect to sleep really well tonight.

Stage 2 - Day 3

Today was much better.  I dare say that I was even a bit of a social butterfly, which is unusual for me. I never ran out of things to say...not once.

When i took my parents out for dinner tonight, I ran into a guy I used to work with. He didn't see me at first.  Normally, I wouldn't have gone out of my way to say hi, but tonight I did. Until now, I hadn't seen him  and his wife in over 20 years. There were hand shakes and hugs like we had never missed a beat. It felt good .

My behavior today is definitely out of character in the positive direction.

Stage 2 - Day 6

The energy i had during Stage 1 has reduced significantly. I'm not sure if I'm resisting the script or if that's a side effect of all the processing.

The writeup was correct about one thing for sure...i had a zombie dream last night.

Stage 2 - Day 6 (cont'd)

While walking this morning again this evening, I noticed that my posture was more upright and I was holding my chin higher than normal. It felt very natural. The last time I recall this happening was while running PM 5.11G.

Stage 2 - Day 9

I don't typically care for asrb2 breaks, but it has been welcome with Stage 2. It has been a mental resource hog. I'm not experiencing any obvious resistance symptoms,  but the mental fatigue is there. I'm going to have to change my evening routine up in an attempt to get an extra 30 min or an hour of sleep.

Something worth noting is that I've been feeling much more love toward my family since beginning Stage 1. This has continued with Stage 2. The significance of that is that I've spent the last few years dealing with a deep seated anger. And when I'm dealing with internal struggles, i tend to isolate myself from everyone, both physically and emotionally. I'm not 100% sure what the source of that anger was, but stages 1 and 2 seem to have disintegrated it.

Stage 2 - Day 16

Today is the first that I woke up not feeling completely exhausted. Hopefully, I've worked through whatever was causing that. I had a dream last night that suggests I overcame a part of myself, so that aligns with the optimism I'm feeling today. That's a good sign.

Over the past week, I've seen other signs of progress. One is that I'm not feeling the emotions of others. That's big for me. That alone is leading to an increased level of boldness that shows itself in various ways. It's not anything crazy, but I'll need to be careful with that particularly in professional environments. Also, Stage 2 is beginning to stoke my inner badass. I don't recall experiencing that since PM 5.11G. I love it.

To date, I really haven't enjoyed Stage 2. But, I have a feeling the rest of the month is going to be fun. Devlish

Also, I've been listening to "Meditations", the compilation of notes by Marcus Aurelius. It's excellent if anyone is looking for a good read (or listen).

Stage 2 - Day 17

One of Frosted's recent posts inspired me to share the following. I didn't want to hijack his journal, so I thought I would post it here. Out of respect for forum rules, I'll be very careful with my wording.

Since beginning Stage 1, I've had a growing desire for understanding things of a deeper nature. What I'm looking for isn't easy to explain because I don't fully understand it myself. My interests borderline on what I can only refer to as "spiritual", although I honestly don't have a good definition for the term. I suppose that's what I'm trying to figure out. There are whole lot of things I could write in this space,  but I'm going to keep it short. What I'll say is this: For the first time in my life, I feel like I'm ready to uncover and to objectively accept whatever it is that I ultimately find in my search.

Why now? Because I have inner conflicts involving the deeper things i discussed above. Consequently, they need to be resolved. I also believe that AM7 is helping me to identify the source of my strength and of my inspiration (for lack of better term). And I believe that full alignment with that source of strength and inspiration is required to truly unlock the depths of what AM7 is attempting to achieve.

To say I'm grateful is an extreme understatement. The same goes when I say AM7 is proving to be life changing.

I am pleased that you find it to be so. The amount of work, time and effort that has gone into providing it is ludicrous.

Hopefully you find that it was time well spent.

Stage 2 - Day 28

I'll be switching to stage 3 on Friday. As with stage 1 and stage 2, I'm not sure what to expect.

I could describe stage 1 as the "get off your ass" stage. But stage 2 had been entirely different. For the first two weeks or so,  I was absolutely exhausted. After the exhaustion went away, I gradually began to notice that I feel more at peace. In another entry,I described a spiritual pursuit, which is still going strong. I'm wanting to spend more time with my family.  I feel like my capacity for experiencing love is on an exponential incline. The zany sense of humor i used to possess is returning. Last night, i was flirting with my wife like when we were younger. My interest in work and my workaholic tendencies are in a nose dive.

Although I didn't know what to expect from stage 2, this is beyond what I ever would have imagined. It's beyond any faint preconceived notions I attempted to conjure in my mind after reading the writeup multiple times. Based on what I'm experiencing so far, I think every man should do himself a favor and run this program. It might just open you up to an internal state that you've forgotten about or that you didn't even know was possible. And if so, who knows where that could lead? (Catapult future sub runs?) I have this silly fantasy of traveling back in time and giving AM7 to my 18 year old self. I sure could have used it back then and at lots of other points in my life.

All in all,  i think I'm getting a sense of what "Ascendant " truly means to me and I love it.

@Shannon

BRAVO!

Stage 3 - Day 2

I began stage 3 last night. I just woke up and my first impression is that I have more pep in my step than I had during stage 2. Even after stage 2's fatigue wore  off, I wasn't a bucket of energy. I've only listened to one loop, and this could change over the course of the next 29 days, but it's a notable difference. My first thought is that this could be the "get off your ass" script from stage 1, which i really enjoyed. Hopefully this feeling  it sticks around.
