For a lack of a better place to put this, and considering we are talking about the subject anyway...
I Have been "best friendzoned" by 5 of the hottest women I know. They call me their best friend, and tell me things like
"You're the only person I would trust to do Reiki on me"
"I'll definitely make time for you"
"I love you"
I can't for the life of me figure out why my mind always think they're just super friendzoning me. Would it be wrong to assume their level of attraction to me is sky high, even though half of them have boyfriends? (Which hottie doesn't always have a man around her?)
Today I felt sick to my stomach when 2 of these girls went up to the podium to talk about me in front of 40 ppl, even though they had nothing but good things to say about me. Each one made it PUBLICALLY clear that I am their best friend....
Which one is it? Friendzone? Or attraction?

No, I can't. To do that I would have to pull up the book, and read it again... take notes... and write a chapter response explaining the faulty logic for each chapter's faulty logic.
In essence, I don't have a couple months or the energy to write a book pointing out the faulty logic in the book. It is a very complex set of arguments for it's points, and to really debate them would require an equally thorough explanation and counter-argument.
To sum up what I would say, in as few words as possible, though:
His arguments are faulty because they ignore, do not even consider or misinterpret and/or misunderstand a variety of variables. His arguments are also faulty because of logical fallacies, which would require the aforementioned book to be written to point out.

They may just be using you for your presence, some girls just like to be around you, it's up to you to turn that into something, don't let them define what your relationship will be, go for what you want, and if you don't get it then move on.

And they're contradictory in my mind, too. Which is why I'm so confused.
If a girl says you're her best friend to 40 ppl but then poses in a pic with you making 80% of the side of her body contact with yours... that seems pretty contradictory to me!

My girlfriend tells me I am her best friend. She also tells me I am the man she wants to have babies with and that I am the best lover she's ever had, without competition.
So it's possible that she could mean there is more than just friendly attraction.
The solution I suggest you take is to simply ask her. "I'm confused about how you respond to me. There are relatively equal indicators of platonic and ____ kinds of interest. What's going on? If you're interested for sex/romance, it would be helpful if I knew that."

She asks for babies every time I see her, multiple times at this point. I'm like... nope. Not till my list of goals is finished being accomplished.

Well, if I were you I would try to make them jealous, and see how they respond to that. If you can see that it's working ask them what's wrong, if they mention something tell them you thought they just saw you as friends. Then from there she'll probably start chasing you.
