Back on AM Refresher as of last night.
I noticed I needed the refresher noticeably. I started feeling a little insecure and needy and validation seeking.
Going to stay on this for a while.
Sarge you know how you did a body language test and appeared more validation seeking then you thought.
I think I"m sort of the same way, not as alpha as I should be / think I am.
I still seek validation more then I need too as well.
Even though it's MINOR compared to how I was many years ago.
but yeah anyways, I messaged that vegan chick from restaurants Dad on Facebook and asked if I can meet him to give him a christmas gift for her to suprise her with it on Christmas morning.
Lol the most romantic / cheesiest thing i've ever done.
PUA community frowns against being sweet and stuff, but i know long term relationships started like that & it really depends on the situation and case by case.

even after just 1 night of refresher i feel better then I have in a few weeks.
Strange, but AM fades away pretty quick I feel like.
I should run refresher for several months ideally.
or re run the entire program (but dont have the patience for that right now) until 6g comes out.
I feel like AM 6g is going to make us all ALPHAS and get laid allot.
5g was profound and life changing so 6g should be INSANE
