Hey! well after finishing AM6 I focused more on physical releases (eye movements, shaking, so on) and also i started EPRHA last week. I will do that before doing SM3. AM6 was great.

Yeah, am a bit behind on AM6 one of the last on here to do it. Great to hear you don't need a re-run.

physical releases - check out berceli's trauma releasing exercises. also read up on EMDR.
i'm sure i'll do am am6 rerun at some point but the progress from it already is profound and sm3 seems a logical next step after eprha.
Dee where are you in am6?
