I find it very difficult to concentrate and I get frustrated. I spend an inordinate amount of time processing and dealing with thoughts and emotions and often they are very present all the time and it feels like suppression when I try to get work done. I don't think this is normal. I feel like AM is pushing me to overcome procrastination but it causes me to push myself too far and stress myself out. How do I resolve this tension? It's AM6. I've finished. This was my third run. I listened 8 hours per day at ~30db output at the source. I shut down completely during my run and basically let my life go for 6 months and have only noticed the push to be productive come back again and am noticing the compulsion that causes me to run Stress Relief at the end of my second run. Either try using one of the masked tracks, or try lowering the volume on the ultrasonic. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - eternity - 11-15-2016 E2 has me wondering if maybe the pill pushing quacktor who diagnosed me with bipolar was accurate in her diagnosis.... Last week was cripplingly painful. Weekend was euphoric. Now it's numb. I think I'm on week 3 of e2. Haven't been keeping track of hours nor this forum. I feel like I missed a lot lol. Glad to see you've got the technology churning out like butter, Shannon! Thanks for the hard work. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - DarthXedonias - 11-16-2016 Hey Shannon I had a question I think I remember, correctly me if I'm wrong, that a subliminal affects your subconscious during different periods of sleep. I was wondering if a Subliminal affects you while your in the REM state of sleep? I'm assuming yes since I think you have said that dreams usually mean that you are processing some of the subliminal and I know dreams occur during REM state. I'm just wondering if during that time of REM state are you are you still receiving input from the sub (if your running it at night) or does REM state just process the suggestions. Hope I made my question clear. Thanks in advance. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - Shannon - 11-16-2016 (11-16-2016, 02:27 AM)DarthXedonias Wrote: Hey Shannon I had a question The only point during any part of the day where it is questionable whether or not you are receiving the subliminal instructions is when your brain is cycling through the Delta state during sleep. In Delta, it all but shuts down and you focus on healing and repairing the body, as far as I understand. But REM is done during Theta and Alpha states. So yes, you are receiving and processing subliminal input during REM sleep. When I first started using v2.5 it felt out of this world, I've had some really interesting dreams lately as well, one of which I was fighting monsters that are in between me and this hot woman. Resistance blaster 1000! Speaking as an experienced cueball (started losing my hair at the ripe old age of 15), as far as I know Type A male baldness is often related, and can be amplified, by intense testosterone production; so yeah, 'em hormones could be possibly speeding the process up a bit, potentially. If anyone's worried about hairloss, just do this and you're set: RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - dweller94 - 11-16-2016 (11-16-2016, 04:34 AM)Have at ye Wrote:(11-15-2016, 09:39 PM)Shannon Wrote:(11-15-2016, 05:58 PM)dweller94 Wrote: I was thinking of doing v2.4 until v3 comes out, I switched to v1 in the past for a day and I feel like it messed with me, I lost the morphine drip effect and all the other stuff that felt awesome on it and haven't felt like that since I've come back on v2.5, I generally feel shitty now constantly but on and off for like 10 seconds I'll feel really good. Resistance blaster 1000! The same thing happened to me as well. Thinning of hair, more baldness and some greying as well. Got scared and quit v1. I hope it is adjusted in v3.1 so male pattern baldness is not an unintended consequence. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - Shannon - 11-16-2016 If the instruction set is to adjust your body chemistry to make you sexy, and you start losing hair as a result, what does that logically tell you? I am including a module to prevent negative side effects in 3.0 already, but you have a choice. If there is a correlation, it would be: Maximum testosterone/pheromone production Keep your hair. Didn't happen on any other versions of DMSI but I'm stopping till v3 to see if there is a link, also reassessing the products I'm using for my hair. |
