I went under full psychiatric evaluation and I just got diagnosed with severe case of OCD. I knew I had OCD but not at a level I thought. OCD is as far as I understand so far, a two part issue, one of which is fear. It should go away once FRM works fully, as long as it is pointed at the root cause of the OCD... but I doubt they're going to sit around and wait for me to finish FRM. Correct. I am almost done upgrading and optimizing the script of E2 and turning it into E3. No hurry!! Cause in the end its all worth it RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Volume 3 - Shannon - 01-28-2019 (01-28-2019, 03:29 PM)Zane Wrote:(01-28-2019, 02:30 PM)Shannon Wrote:(01-28-2019, 01:07 PM)Zane Wrote: Out of context but I just wanna let you guys know that.... I went under full psychiatric evaluation and I just got diagnosed with severe case of OCD. I knew I had OCD but not at a level I thought. FRM is so complex, and fear is apparently so slippery, that I have no choice, because right now I have no new ideas yet for how to deal with it. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Volume 3 - Greenduck - 01-28-2019 Hi Shannon, I remember you saying a while back that E3 will be something other than "forced march" as in AM6 and "go at your own pace" as in E2. Is this still the plan and can you share more about it? By the way, a few pages back I recommended a video with Tim Ferris interviewing Gabor Maté. I found another video with Maté which is a lecture he gives about our beliefs, how our childhood memories direct how we respond to events in our daily lives, and in general the mind-body connection. I found it truly profound and wanted to share it with out, may it be that what he talks about is obvious to you, may be it give you some interesting insights: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LsBRrVqAAs8 RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Volume 3 - Paul1131 - 01-29-2019 I’m kind of torn here. I had originally been planning to go straight from USLM 3 to 4 as soon as it comes out, but I might be able to afford to go right onto LTU instead. Here’s my quandary. I know that LTU has USLM4 in it, but there are a bunch of other things in there too. I still need some solid real world results that USLM is aimed at to happen very quickly, and those are going to be my focus for a while before I can really pay as much attention to internal things. Would it be a good move to go to LTU, or would that spread the focus too much and slow down my USLM results? For me it provided a whole new paradigm and way of living - just the commitment to reality, responsibility and to asserting your mind alone are so life changing. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Volume 3 - Oversoul - 01-29-2019 Will E3 be in DMSI 3.3C when it comes out? RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Volume 3 - MasterEnki - 01-29-2019 @Shannon Will E3 have an enhanced version of OGSF in it? Will it have everything from E1 and E2, plus more? Thanks RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Volume 3 - StridingStrider - 01-29-2019 I'm tempted to run E3 next instead of AM. H&C with FRM will be a beast. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Volume 3 - ncbeareatingman - 01-29-2019 This FRM thing may have you 'temperariliy stumped' but I Believe,Shannon, given your phenominal track record" for doing your "Sherlock Holmes' thing, man, that in time, that your're gonna 'bust this thang wide open" and FRM 4.4 or wha'eva ya call it will be created, plugged in and electrified ,Like Dr. Frankenstein did with his Monster! its alive, its alive!!! Keith- night bird, morning Badger' DMSI users: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Mvx7yg_l20 just wait ,give it about a minute 15 seconds...you'll see why!! Is this still the plan and can you share more about it? The version of E3 in LTU relies on the effects of the other titles to pull us faster than "go at your own pace", but still relies heavily on "go at your own pace", since the program is so complex and there is so much going on. So the goal here is to heal at the right speed for you, but with some urgency added in to speed it up a little bit, but not so much that it detracts from the effectiveness, comfort and success of the healing. E3 stand alone will have some changes from the version in LTU that will make the healing and clearing faster still, but again without reducing the effectiveness, success or comfort of the healing, or making it less safe to use. Neither will be a forced march. Think more along the lines of "We have to operate at a higher speed than usual, but there is no slave driver." I'm relying on urgency and motivation.
