Sarge was originally given a ban of a couple weeks. Then, just before his ban was up, he started doing things with e-mailing Ben that resulted in another week. This repeated itself until I got tired of it and told Ben to make it permanent.
The lesson here is, if you get banned, don't start doing bannable things via e-mail right before your ban is up. And, if we have to ban you/extend your ban enough times, you will be banned permanently.
Simple enough. Some people don't get it apparently.

You do. The instructions tell you how to get maximum effectiveness. That doesn't mean that sometimes, using headphones or speakers just isn't possible.

Sarge got on my nerves and even got pissy with me a number of times I’m not too butthurt to recognise that nevertheless he was tireless in his pursuit of transformation - he evolved massively in his time and this inspite of being clearly on the spectrum. It’s just too easy and cheap to take a pot shot at him, I’ve not seen anyone rival his commitment to going to places where they’re uncomfortable and pushing the boat out.

Sarge is a contrarian... Sometimes he was hitting on people's nerve but OTOH he was good at making sure that your argument was solid.
I somehow did like to have him around. For one thing, he was very active... I feel like some days, the forum is very quiet since he is gone for good...
