I am making the following changes to 2.2 in order to create 2.3:

3. I will be tweaking the goal phrase shortly to prevent certain issues I encountered that could cause problems.

I should be able to build 2.3 today, and start testing it myself while you guys are waiting out the clearing phase. Although realistically I don't think we will need 7 days for this one.

Just really tired of the BS not getting the desired results. Since it's such an easy adjustment, screw it. Let's do it.
