You are sounding like someone trying trick people that because it is cryptographically secure then it is perfect. I'm not sure you are doing it but it seems to be that from reading that text. I hope it's not.

I don't know why someone like you who could put anything in your subs without anyone knowing would fake an MD5 checksum, please enlighten me

I understand paying for 6G as hopefully these will actually be a final product. But paying for an upgrade of the same tech, is just taking the piss.

USLM4 is going to become possible to release after I create LTU, but if I release it before 6G, it will not be a free upgrade. You will have to pay full price for it. If you guys are willing to do that, I will make it. And no, you will not be able to "exchange" USLM3 for USLM4.

Otherwise, USLM will next be released in 6G.

USLM v1 didn't need upgrading. It worked just fine. I didn't have to upgrade it, and I didn't have to make the upgrades public. Oh, let's do talk about that. You won't find subs anywhere near this good anywhere else at any price, no matter what my competition says. That's why I can (and do) charge what I do, which is the highest price in the entire industry, and that's why people pay it. If I was like most of the "subliminal" producers out there, I would have stopped developing at 4G, and fleshed out a thousand titles, and been sitting on a beach sipping pina coladas.

Instead, I decided to keep going, because it didn't do what *I* wanted it to do. The majority of people get great results with the exception of DMSI and MLS. And both of those cases, they don't get great results because the programs are so powerful that they trigger fear of success, and that is a big part of what I have been working to overcome.

In 4G the programs were good enough to produce a decent result, but they were not good enough to please me. Some of them were not powerful enough to do what I wanted them to do. So I kept going. What other subliminal producer has done that? Instead, they just make a thousand titles, advertise using only the positive feedback, and go sit on a beach and sip pina coladas. They don't care if it works for you or not. And it's only after 10+ years of me doing this that we finally have one or two other producers who might follow in my footsteps on making their subs actually work instead of just producing them and walking away.

You are framing this as if I'm in the wrong for trying to lead the entire industry and develop subliminals into what they actually can be and do, instead of producing a thousand crappy titles and drinking pina coladas on the beach all day. I think you need to look up the definition of gratitude.

When I started producing 5.5G subs, you all knew that this was a transitionary generation, which is being used to develop the technology that will go into 6G and still allow me to satisfy my customer's wishes by producing subliminals, while getting feedback to improve them, while also keeping this business alive financially. If you didn't want to participate, you are and always have been welcome to stick with 4G and 5G subs, or go find some other producer.

It's not like we don't have, BY FAR, the best refund policy in the entire world for this type of business. In fact it may just be the best refund policy anywhere. I think you need to look up the definition of gratitude.

Let me give you a little bit of education. What happens when I stop producing subliminals? Nothing. You guys get bored, and I make no money. Without money, I can't pay my bills, and without that I can't make more subliminals. Computers, electricity, internet access, food, water, gas, car payments, server costs, advertising, and much more has to be paid for.

When I was done developing 5G and it wasn't doing what I wanted it to do, did I have to develop 6G? No, I could have just built a huge catalog in 5G and gone off to the beach to drink pina coladas when I was done. Instead, I started what has come to be 6 years worth of work so far to develop the best subliminals in the world, the best that subliminal can possibly be given current technological options. Six years of frustration that I didn't have to go through because I want my subs to be the best. And you know what? They already were, at 5G. Nobody in the industry was even coming close.

Those out there who are offering even an inkling of competition are doing so only because they have read this forum and are using techniques I pioneered, and did so because I was on a quest for a better subliminal, even though at the time, mine were already the best.

Nobody forces you to buy my subs. Nobody forces you to read this forum. Nobody forces you to come here and be ungrateful for what is the best in the world of it's kind, which is changing lives and getting better and better with every release, which will in the near future achieve it's pinnacle and do things that you can't even imagine right now.

So instead of being an insulting ingrate, how about you go look up the definition of gratitude and practice it.

And your thinking and attitude is exactly why I have zero desire to make USLM4. Somebody will bitch about not getting free upgrades forever because they feel entitled and are ungrateful for even the best there is. I don't think you're understanding.

In the beginning, I didn't know that checksums would be worthwhile because nobody asked for them. Then someone asked how they could know if they had downloaded the file correctly, so I started making MD5Sum hashes of the files.

Later I discovered that that program doesn't take into account changes to the name and metadata, meaning that someone could scrub those and re-sell my work as their own and it would remain capable of reproducing the same MD5Sum hash.

Now, to make sure that people cannot do that, I provide both.

It's not me who would fake an MD5sum hash. It would be someone who altered the file and then adjusted it so you get the same hash, which would hide the alteration.

SHA512 or 256 will reveal such a thing, because it cannot be faked by a pirate or someone who is trying to alter the files.

I have no reason to even try to fake a signature. Those signatures are your guarantee that the file is exactly as I created it, and unaltered. That's why md5sum is insufficient, given those weaknesses.

May I ask the same for UMOP please. If I can afford it then I am willing to pay for UMOP to have the FRM 4.1 or whichever version will be around then to give myself an even greater chance to execute as being one of the hardest cases here.

If you agree to this please, then all I ask is that you please tell me how much it would cost before you build so I can check as a mature student if I can indeed pay for it.

If I cannot afford it in 1 payment, could I maybe split the cost into 2 payments or 3 if need be?
