Your guess is as good as mine. Maybe you were dreaming a prophetic dream that showed up because you were afraid of that future, which did not cause it. Maybe that was inevitable regardless. Who knows.

You know how you avoid women with STDs altogether?
Step 1: You avoid all women who are obviously going to be at high risk for having any STD.
Step 2: You ask her point blank, do you have any STDs?
Step 3: You show her your up-to-date papers proving you are STD free and require her to show you hers.
Step 4: You make sure to know the signs and symptoms of all known STDs and be observant concerning whether or not she shows any of them.
Step 5: You assume that she has an STD anyway (unless you can prove she hasn't had any contact with anyone since getting a full spectrum STD test proving her to be negative) and wear a condom, or, if you want to perform oral sex, use an oral sex barrier device.
Step 6: Enter a committed faithful relationship with her once you know she is STD free and make sure you are mutually sexually faithful.
There is no anti-sniper in DMSI 3.3. You will just have to take personal responsibility for your choices and actions, because the anti-sniper is staying turned off.
