RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Volume 3 - Tigerismyspirit - 11-20-2018 An interesting thing I have observed in the last couple of weeks on MLS is the calmness and stillness I feel the day after I run 4 loops at the prior night.it feels like I'm living in a serene land. However, it doesn't last very long. By late afternoon it's gone and I'm back in the old chaotic state. The secondary ASRB break days are even worse. My mind acts like a racing horse. Will it help with banter and social communication skills? An example is the pub across the road gets bikini girls in a couple times a week i go over play some pool have a drink, they seem to be very chatty with many people but comes to me very little is said, clearly i need to be better at banter being more relaxed and casual conversation will dmsi 3.3 help with this? Its good if it attracts women but if i dont have the social skills and communication skills to have them hang around they aernt going to stay for long. Try being more relaxed in social situations. Most people are tense when they are in public environments. It varies to various degrees, but most people have small tenseness there. When you relax, you remove that barrier that prevents people from connecting with you. Also work on being present. Don't try too hard thinking of what to say. Being 'social' or having the 'gift of the gab' are overrated. Being comfortable and present in silence are what you should focus on. I never was able to think as clearly as when I was on MLS, which is why I deeply miss it now. It stopped working because I resisted by eating lots of inflammatory food which made me less smart, without that I would have had near good will hunting level genius. So the damn thing worked , just didn’t kill that last bit of resistance - once frm is in there who knows how incredible it will be. There aren’t many, if any, better pleasures than achieving through learning and growing - you could build a life around it and it would be a good one. Im hoping self esteem and other parts of dmsi is going to help with that. If you do, then you have things to work on. You're putting up a barrier around yourself. Girls are highly intuitive and can sense if a guy feels he isn't in her league (there's just something off in his energy/vibe, body language, facial expressions), so she prefers to avoid interacting with him. Also little things like holding up a glass of beer in front of your chest, or playing with your phone, these are things people do to deal with tension in a public environment. Cut these little fidgety behaviours out and be totally relaxed, just sitting or standing there, and doing nothing while observing the environment. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Volume 3 - josh84 - 11-21-2018 Thanks wolverine, will look for these things next time, i felt relaxed but did check my phone while having a drink, i didnt think i was tensing up but i could of been, i do get nervous around small groups since dont normally like to interupt people so i sit back and wait. Im hoping dmsi 3.3 will help with these things, especially feeling more relaxed and comfortable in social situations. Was hoping to be on dmsi atleast a few days before my cruise in 10 days but looks like it might be after i come back. Hopefully it helps. Today at work, I needed it to fire up its arsenal. Nah. I got me dragged down into an awkward situation. I'm going to ask for a refund. What's even worse is I've lost 3 months of my life with me being scared of people, scared of executing my goals, being too sheltered around my bed, losing all kinds of motivation, finding myself in depression and anxiety, procrastinating immensely, being sick pretty often, and afraid to go out, socialize, and even to talk to people. IML subs are simply not working for me. Hopefully you'll have more success w/ 3.3 and the FRM (or USLM, whatever you decide to use). |
