How do you know you got great result in term of GSF. How much did your behavior change with this stage?

No one's decreasing any usage - it will just push back the later transitions.
The indicators of less GSF are experiencing those emotions less and greater spontaneity and social freedom. So more fun, better mood, better interactions with people, more social.

I think he means that if you do 32+7 days for stage 4 and only the default 32 days for stages 5 and 6, then your usage would decrease. So you need to do >= 32+7 days for the later stages as well. This forum's pretty great for motivating one on self-development, like tapping etc.

It's a supposition because I read somewhere Shannon said to go back to a regular 32 days for someone who overdone by accident. But maybe It was dependent of others variable that I didn't understand.

So the 5th month is very cool. Month 4 seemed to be about arousing all of this negativity so I can tap on it and get it out of my system. Month 5 is like liquid crack; i love people and feeling great about things. Maybe some resistance will start coming up to oppose this but it's a nice way to start out the new month.

Hey! Good times and busy at work. .have been working thru some big "fear of women" blocks. Thought I had that all worked out but guess not. Love life has been tame but g.f. on her own has been looking for 3 some partners. ..

Awesome! Good to hear your busy too, you live in the States right? Not so easy for you guys down there, money-wise.
You plan on doing SM next?

yes in the States, and yes I will probably do SM3 next. The program made an impact but as Shannon said you need that alpha foundation first.

I just got 2 or 3 months in before my brain melted down from all the female attention I wasn't ready for. I think I was waiting for am6 to come out, too.

On Month 6..between Am6 and pstec things are great. went out tonight to a jazz bar with a friend and was approached at different times by 2 women who eventually began competing for me. Both ditched their friends to hang out and one of them ditched the guy she had already met that night. one was 20 and one was 30. holy.
