In a few days, Stage 4 will end, use it so far with a 1-2-3-4-4-4 pattern. Next, I will return to Stage 1. I don't know yet for the number of loops and day-offs, on the first week I will try again using the recommended pattern, then we will see if there is an urge to change the pattern.

Starting yesterday, I started Stage 2, 5 loops, US format.
With a 1-2-3-4-4-4-1-2 pattern.

Yesterday I finished stage 3 and will continue stage 4 in a few days. UMS v2 is indeed a game-changer, USLM also works very well.
Until now I've always used the US version, was thinking about whether to use the hybrid version for Stage 4 this time.
Stages 1-2-3-4-4-4-1-2-3-4. And the journey continues...
