Neither. A lot of them are born into rich families, or are a part of secret societies, so they have that privilege.

Warren Buffet, Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg, nor Bill Gates became billionaires because of special privileges. It was done by them, not for them.

It's not a limiting belief. Of course many self-made rich people who get there through hard work, I'm not denying that. But it's just fact that secret societies exist, and they decided how the money system works, although let's not get into that.

I'm aware of these secret societys, their agendas and how they use media and laws to keep poor/middle class stupid, broke and consumers.
However the capitalist system we have in place in america and canada is one that anyone man or women can become very wealthy.
We truly live in the land of opportunity. I'm not actually sure about America but I can tell you here in Canada economically were doing great. Our housing market is messed up though in Vancouver.
The only reason people aren't becoming rich is not because of the Government. It's because they don't believe they can, they are insecure and they get married young and have kids and are trapped financially and can never create additional income and reduce there expenses to the point that they can generate serious wealth to invest into something that creates more wealth.
It takes serious discipline and business minded personality/subconscious to take the necessary sacrifices to become rich. Most young people spend too much time partying and on useless things that don't benefit there future at all.
Also everyone is trying to one up eachother. Everyone has a BMW or Mercedes but they have very little money in the bank. It's all about looks for people not actual wealth.

I think that they exist in all variety of stripes and spots and everything in between. Doubtless, some do, and some do not.

I believe that Bill gates was born to achieve what he did. BAMM would have had very little impact on his life because it was exactly as it was supposed to have been, thus the apparent extraordinary-ness of all the events that lined up just right in addition to his particular personality. But those people not necessarily born to it, or born to a restriction from it, can be powerfully positively influenced by something like BAMM.
Limiting success through BAMM is rather absurd, though.

sometime ago i've purchased" Brainwave Entrainment: Alcohol Simulant Digital Drug " and today for the first time i've used it once but i got no results!
So i was relaxed laying down and played it for 30 min or one loop but did not feel anything! so is there something i am unaware of? im i doing something wrong?

Most people are influenced by brainwave entrainment. Some are not. Usually it is the control freak personality types. My mother was famous for that.
Some people also require time to get it to work. So try it several more times.
Also consider that you may be in an altered state and not even realize it.
