Shannon, no lie I was going to ask you about the cycle the other day. My job has been absolute chaos. Just piles and piles of stuff breaking, attempting to fix, more stuff breaking. E2 has gotten me through a lot of this chaos because I've been getting MASSIVE shit from everyone.

Or if you've got any suggestions if neither will be done by then I'm all ears. I don't expect you to know the answer especially given what I've been going through at work, so I know what this cycle is doing.

I am fully planning to build and release USLM3, UMOP2, DMSI3.3 and LTU 5.5G this month. That may not be possible, because it will mean probably 12+ hour days for me 6 days a week minimum. But I am going to try.

If you want to experience FRM3.1, I suggest you get USLM3 and go to town the second it becomes available. It seems a better choice than DMSI overall for you. Besides, more time to get through the shit with the FRM3.1, and the goal being success? Sounds like a good move to me.

But you choose. I'll do my best to have DMSI 3.3 out around the 20th, or at least this month. I take it you are being affected by the same cycle? Honestly, without USLM, I would have crashed and burned already. Might be a good one for you.

I work with two other guys, so the workload gets divided up and that makes it easier. The only thing really preventing burnout at this point is E2 and gaining the ability to disconnect from all that negativity and maybe even TID from USLM3. I'm no slacker, but I have a cutoff point for how much I'm willing to expend my energy for this company. Prior to this I gave too much, out of guilt, shame, fear, probably a combination of all three. I'm hourly so once the weekend hits I purge my mind of everything going on, I let the guys on salary who are being compensated worry about the stuff. At my pay rate they're not gonna abuse me as a resource and squeeze every last ounce out of me.

I experinced these deeper issus being worked on and slowly dissolved.... thats why I thought well maybe its the TID effects of USLM3 and/or knowing its coming soon. hope that helps.
BTW: IM no where near 'outta the woods' on coping and dealing with these fears but the key words here are 'dealing with'...the growth and healing continue.

It is what it is. Improvements and steps forward are being made. People are getting free upgrades.

Once the skeleton script is done, programs will fly out of the shoot in 6G.

Shannon doesn't have to keep people in the loop or update anyone about anything at all, but he does. He'd probably get less flak from people if he didn't.

If I were him, I wouldn't tell anyone anything, and you get what you get when you get it. Lucky for us, he's not (me).

I actually have been contemplating not giving updates anymore. Or even telling you guys what I'm doing. I'm getting tired of the entitled attitudes and constant flak some of you are giving me. So I will be adjusting my modus operandi according to what you guys do, in the future. Choose wisely, because right now, it would be much easier for me to just go dark and then tell you what I'm doing when the program is available in the store.
