RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - mat422 - 07-12-2016 (07-12-2016, 12:44 AM)ALI6NMENT Wrote: Shannon, I am considering using Overcome Procrastination to get all this shit done in my life that needs to get done and then run E2. I'm not Shannon, obviously, but I'd urge you to run E2 again. Procrastination most of the time is just a symptom of unchallenged fear. The longer you run E2 the better it gets. 32 days is a very short amount of time, it's very possible you didn't get to the deeper issues. While running E2 the procrastination for me got really bad, but it eventually passes. As for having the thoughts and opinions of others in your head, I completely relate to that. E2 has helped me with that tremendously. I used to absorb EVERYTHING from people. Now they can have their opinions and views but I know they are just that and have no influence on my own actions. True getting away from these people helps, but it's not a long term solution because sooner or later you will run into people like this again. And it's so much better being able to just exist in this world and not be influenced by others beliefs. You stop running or trying to avoid situations and instead just live your life. I know this sounds like nonsense, but people can only drain you if you let them. I'll say this, E2 is very powerful. But as smooth as Shannon has made it, it still gets very rough. Those incredibly rough moments are basically the tipping point where either you stop and revert to old ways or you keep going and break through the other side. All that stuff you need to get done in your life is the result of all the negative bs you've internalized over the years, not a lack of motivation or willpower. There's a complex spider web of issues inside you that essentially causes all forms of self sabotage that makes improving one's own life close to impossible. Clear that stuff out and it's like taking your foot off the break. E2 is king for that. As much as I appreciate all the points of view you roll out when you get going, it needlessly roughs you up and divides you. There are guidelines laid out here to get the most out of the subs, but they do not bind anyone to follow them like they are natural law. Anyone wants to take a sidetrack to check out something? So what? It will alter the intended result, sure. As long as you are aware of it, no problem. space monkeys now, are we ![]() RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - RTBoss - 07-12-2016 (07-12-2016, 05:23 AM)chaosvrgn Wrote: ... I was up at 5:45am this morning. Love yer post man again its sooo clear and very very encouraging. thank you Matt! YOU Rocked it Man!! Keith. It doesn't matter what age he is. If he's over 14 he can take testosterone supplements since in the west T levels are really low, even for teens. He shouldn't be taking Roads though, it will permanently mess with your HTPA. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - Natious - 07-12-2016 Well I'm 25 and my testosterone plasma level is 4.5 (norm should be between 3-10). I am not under that, but it's still on the low side and from what I've read about what healthy testosterone levels do, I feel like it would benefit me greatly to get a prescription from a doctor. But there will be a lot of changes if the supplementation works and that's why I was wondering if it would intervene with E2 usage at all. Darkness, I don't see what you mean by "triggering it internally". To me it seems like they wouldn't align very well. I've been increasing my testosterone while using E2 through supplements, changing my diet and exercise. I believe it's a manifestation of the Optimus Engine and it's definitely helped me align with the goals of E2 and allows me to feel more masculine and motivated while running E2. It's also helped me shed a lot of beliefs around being narcissistic and redefining good and bad in my life as having higher testosterone naturally leads to stronger behavior in setting boundaries and going after your goals. I would recommend it. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - Darkness - 07-12-2016 (07-12-2016, 10:47 AM)Natious Wrote: Well I'm 25 and my testosterone plasma level is 4.5 (norm should be between 3-10). RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - Catman - 07-12-2016 (07-12-2016, 03:36 PM)yeah! Wrote: And speaking of E2, would it be as effective as OF in dealinng with fear (I have a thinking it isn't but) and ASC in confidence? Hi yeah!, I can take this one for you. E2 Shannon has said, is actually more effective than OF5G in dealing with fear. No doubt due to the 5.5G tech, as well as a broader focus to deal with fear in a more holistic sense. The broader focus, due to all the 5.5G tech, doesn't seem to have slowed it down or watered it down as you might expect. It has extra fear destruction built in too, it isn't a direct copypasta of OGSF 5G in here. He believes fear is often interconnected with G and S. So all of that, mixed with 5.5G power, and the ability to square away old emotional pains holding you back further, means it's a far more comprehensive program. Not knocking OF5G at all, I campaigned hard for it's creation. And bought it. But E2 in 5.5G is a vastly different sub, with far more utility and doesn't seem to suffer from being a jack of all trades, compared to OF5G's singular approach. But, it's an unfair comparison anyway, one is 5G, one is 5.5G. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - Catman - 07-12-2016 (07-12-2016, 05:01 PM)yeah! Wrote: Thank you CatMan. ASC 5G specialises in confidence. E2 does not. It removes barriers TO confidence you could say, so I guess in a roundabout way, it does make you more confident. But only as a byproduct of it doing it's job. Confidence is more of a surface level thing, anyway. Which probably explains why many feel it go down noticeably after stopping that sub. I miss the massive godlike confidence I had on ASC 5G, which was my first sub I ever used to see if they were real, before buying AM6. It's an awesome sub, and showed me these are legit. But, if there is even 1% doubt of which you want, between ASC 5G and E2, do E2, hands down. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - Shannon - 07-12-2016 Hercules, the 3rd edition is out of date. The current edition is the 4th edition. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - Catman - 07-12-2016 (07-12-2016, 05:10 PM)yeah! Wrote: Did you find the effects wore off? If so what percent and over what time? Yes a lot of it did wear off. I only used for about 32 days, then once I had tangible proof subs are real, I went and invested in AM6. So, if used longer, it likely would've solidified better. I only used a free sub to have proof they work, before investing my money. I told Shannon often now, that the free full power sub is the only reason I took action here. I've spent a lot of money after proof of performance from a free sub occurred, this practise is one I hope he never abandons and he has said he doesn't wish to. I don't have a gauge or something to measure a percentage, however, it was only about 32 days, and in September of 2014. So, quite awhile. And it's tough to judge how I REALLY am while listening to a sub designed to delve into the deepest parts of your mind to find the negative stuff to explore and root out. So, any percentage would be skewed due to that. |
