Mate are you taking a multivitamin complex daily ?. Not trying to sound like I am teaching you how to suck eggs. The brain does need the right minerals and vitamins to process all those 5.5G instructions. Especially vitamin b types. You may also want to look at taking fish oils if you are not already doing so.
