RE: DMSI - This is not a journal... - CatMan - 10-23-2016 Huge grats on the weight loss! I do 24 hour fasts as my religion for about 13 months now. Have lost over 65 pounds, almost 70! Incredible progress, my life has been changed forever by IF. RE: DMSI - This is not a journal... - Dr. Strangelove - 10-23-2016 I've been following Warrior Diet for 4 yrs. on and off - it's something I go back to naturally even when I fall off the wagon (i.e. every Christmas). It's basically undereating (raw fruit/veggie/juice) during day, and a feast every night. It gives me amazing clarity and energy during day. I'm naturally a skinny guy, and it's impossible to put bulk on using this. But on it I feel more powerful than I did when I was spending $$$ on bulking supplements, and strength is up there. The guy at my work is a nutritionist and he's horrified by it, as there's no scientific proof or promotion behind it. As we know, modern medicine or science (funded by corporate food lobby's) have no interest in selling you fasting diets. RE: DMSI - This is not a journal... - CatMan - 10-24-2016 They'd much rather push expensive BS supplements that at best do nothing or are VERY marginal and of questionable obvious benefit, or at worst, harm you. Exactly. RE: DMSI - This is not a journal... - hsindermann - 10-24-2016 Thanks CatMan, and congrats to you as well! IF is really awesome - extremely easy to do and easy to stay on, and brings results. But indeed, it's hard to market - not much to gain from it, in supplements needed, no nonsense recipe books. Next thing is getting a workout program running again - I want to turn into fit slim, not thin. I hate going to the gym though (also none in close proximity here, and I know me - if I have to travel half an hour to get there I won't do that for long). Been running bodyweight exercises before (the stuff Mark Lauren sells) - guess I'll pick that up again. RE: DMSI - This is not a journal... - hsindermann - 02-23-2017 Thought I'd update this here, as it's been forever. I haven't ditched DMSI but been running it every single day. Progress has been slow, but over the last days I've started to see some pretty neat progress. Most import things that I noticed DMSI improving in the internals department: * Most of my (very long standing) social anxiety is gone. I am much more open to conversation in general, I don't get nervous anymore talking with strangers, I also don't get nervous anymore talking to gorgeous women. I state my opinion in a more straight-forward fashion * General increase in self-confidence. * My procrastination has been quite diminished, especially noticable in how I now manage to keep my apartment clean, while before it was usually a terrible mess. Guess that's my subconscious taking care of me having a clean apartment ready to bring a girl home any time. * I manage to stay on a healthy clean diet super easily. Doesnt help with weight loss, but probably keeps me more healthy. Possibly related to this I feel a lot more energetic these days. Over the last couple of days I finally also started to see external results. Most obvious one is that while before people mostly ignored me wherever I went, people everywhere suddenly notice me and establish eye contact. This started like 2 weeks ago, and is still happening. I guess this might be the celebrity effect part of the aura, not sure. Last week I also noticed the first thing that I would really attribute to the sniper. Was waiting at the station for my subway train. A girl exited an incoming train, looks at me while passing by and quickly looks away when I look at her. She walks another 20 meters or so while slowing down, suddenly stopping, standing there for a minute like frozen. When the next train comes, she walk back the whole 20m to where I still stand, enters through the same train door as me, positions herself right in front of me and puts on a sheepish grin. The whole time she seems totally confused by what she's doing. That was quire blatant. I think Shannon mentioned once we would instinctively know when we sniped someone, and with her for the first time I knew. Wasn't my type unfortunately, but in retrospective I think I should still have talked to her as she was so obvious. So overall... finally DMSI is starting to give me external results, which I had waited for quite some months. It's still a bit on and off, but there's finally very promising progress. And the internal changes are pure gold - getting rid of social anxiety is priceless. One other little thing I noticed is that I randomly remember tiny bits of my childhood again that I had long forgotten. Actually I can remember almost nothing from my childhood. Possibly the sub has poked little holes in some kind of memory barrier? Not sure... RE: DMSI - This is not a journal... - hsindermann - 04-24-2017 Been forever again since I last updated my non-journal, so here goes... The progress I had reported on v3.0 was all gone the very first day after my first loops of 3.1A. Even my social anxiety came back full throttle - worse than it had been for a very long time. Energy was down, procrastination habit was back and even my apartment looks like crap again. Honestly, this is weird - I figured after 7 months or so of clearing and healing at least some of these things should be permanently gone. But apparently they were still lurking inside me - 3.0 seems to only have hidden them and not cleared them. I've been running 3.1A now for almost 2 months. Meanwhile most of the social anxiety has died down again, procrastination and my drive to do things are still crappy though. As you can probably guess, the external results I started getting on 3.0 (nice celeb effect and the first obvious signs of the sniper/aura) stopped on my first day of 3.1 as well - and up to now, 2 months later, I have not seen the tiniest sign of them coming back. Might sound as if I'm a bit frustrated, and that's because I am. I've been on DMSI since last August - that's 9 months now. I've seen the celeb effect in my first weeks running version 2.2, and had the first (short) glimpses of the aura working on 2.2 and 2.3. Since then DMSI got - except for maybe the 2 last weeks on 3.0 - worse for me, although it's supposed to be ever more powerful with each version. And yes, I listened every single day exactly according to instructions... I'm not giving up yet, but I'm now listening to DMSI on speakers while sleeping again, although that's probably not the most effective way. Previously I've mostly devoted a part of my evening listening to it on high quality headphones, figuring this would give the best results. It's demanding a lot of my free time though using it like this - especially as my main hobby is music, and listening to DMSI on headphones is making that kinda difficult. Starting the 2 loops just when hopping into bed now allows to still use DMSI without it demanding any of my spare time. I've thought about going back to 3.0 - even though Shannon was already making ironic comments about people wanting to go back although there's a "much more powerful version out". But well... the weaker version at least had given me some results. But I'll stay on 3.1 for now. Might give DMSI a break when MLS comes out and switch over to that one, not sure yet though. One thing is for sure - if one of the versions of DMSI starts working again, I will most likely stay on that one till the final comes out. Seeing results and then being thrown all the way back to start again with a new version as has happened now from 3.0 to 3.1 - I'd probably give up on DMSI completely then. RE: DMSI - This is not a journal... - rumi5 - 04-25-2017 The same thing happened to me. 3.0A was kicking my ass. But it gave me a ton of motivation and really strong drive to get things done. With 3.1A ALL GONE! How can the "stronger" version give no results at all? I was listening first thnig in the morning and killing it the rest of my day. Now nothing. And I had only been on 3.0A for less than a month before these results showed up. I'm going to try to stay with this one for another 2 months,no results and I'm going back. RE: DMSI - This is not a journal... - RTBoss - 04-25-2017 V3.1B may be a much needed respite from the clearing. All of motivation and discipline has returned on B. Clearing is tough stuff. RE: DMSI - This is not a journal... - rumi5 - 04-25-2017 So RTBoss you were having the same issue as hsindermann and myself.? So your motivation and drive etc..came back after you switched to 3.1B? RE: DMSI - This is not a journal... - RTBoss - 04-25-2017 (04-25-2017, 01:21 PM)rumi5 Wrote: So RTBoss you were having the same issue as hsindermann and myself.? Definitely. I was completely unmotivated, and eating like shit. It was practically ruining my ability to get my body in shape for the summer pool season. That happened last year when I ran E2. I was on my way to achieving my goals, started E2, and everything went to shit. Was fat for the summer. Not happening again. RE: DMSI - This is not a journal... - rumi5 - 04-26-2017 so did you just stop E@? What did u do? RE: DMSI - This is not a journal... - hsindermann - 05-11-2017 So I switched to version B indeed - think I've run this for maybe 2 weeks now. First days felt fine - no results though. Since a couple of days though resistance signs are kicking in, getting stronger by the day. With me this usually manifests as stomach pains - same as when I'm feeling a lot of stress. Seems version B is not for me yet - apparently more clearing is needed. On the other hand version A was running for 2 months already, and I at least did not consciously notice much clearing going on... Not sure where to go from here.I'll probably get back to A and will run it till 3.2 comes out. Was also considering taking a break, checking out MHS or even going back to 3.0 - the version that gave me the best results yet. Edit: Still did not manage to loose weight again. I've gained 9 kg since last autumn, been on a strict diet for months, but no luck with losing weight. RE: DMSI - This is not a journal... - hsindermann - 05-24-2017 ... and the grand prize for worst performing DMSI version goes to ... *drum roll* ... 3.1!! For me personally that is. I'm not sure what's the problem with 3.1, but now after running it for almost 3 months I'm still not seeing the tiniest glimpse of a result. After having results on 3.0 this is frustrating and disappointing. So I herewith give up on this version. I will go back to 3.0A, which gave me nice results after a few weeks. With a bit of luck they'll come back earlier now. It's summer and I want results, and the next DMSI version will probably not come before end of July or so. And nobody come and say 3.1 is sooo much more powerful - if there's no results at all, then powerful can kiss my butt. I might jump on the MLS waggon when it comes out - not decided yet. Will probably depend on how 3.0 performs by when MLS comes out. RE: DMSI - This is not a journal... - Shannon - 05-24-2017 You of course are conveniently "forgetting" that your results are the result of your cooperation level with the program. The program is more powerful; you had to go to greater lengths than before not to get any results. So you can kiss MY butt for resisting and then trying to blame the program, and then being snarky about it. |
