We are all comfortable in our fear/safety zone though. But isn't that the point of the journey? To take risks and to be uncomfortable?

I'm not a believer in venting. It can be healthy, but it is more often a stumbling block. If you repeat something enough times it becomes a truth. If you say you're a beta male enough times you will tell your subconscious you want to be one. If you constantly say you will become an alpha male then your subconscious will agree with you in that one day you will be, but not anytime soon. Note that beta and alpha male terminology is usually unimportant to me, I'm just using terms I've seen you use multiple times.
So here is my question man. Why spend your time on this forum, or even in life, convincing yourself that you're destined for or stuck in mediocrity? Venting is usually repetition of ideas and situations you don't want to continue. Specifics may change but the situations are usually the same.
Be positive man! If your paradigm sucks then change your paradigm. If you are in a situation where you need to vent change your situation. Change your mindset. The alpha male subliminal won't change your life dude. YOU will change your life. Or you won't. Which of those two options do you spend more time talking about? About how your life is getting better or how it's being held back?

Okay I am not going to use your advice that AM is NOT gonna change me cuz I know it will and I rather get help from the sub than do it on my own so take that comment back, ya hear, take it back! at once!

It is up to you in the end though.
AM won't change you. You could even resist AM if you are fearful.AM is just a tool to assist you. But it's up to you in the end to go out and make things happen.
