No, I'm a teacher so it's not. I'm stuck with kids most of the day. And I'm not allowed to listen to stuff. Very strict restrictions. But I am listening to the subliminal from here that I am working with at night time, starting just before sleep and sometimes in the evening too. So I do what I can & I'm committed to listening daily for up to 9 months :-)
As I said, excited to read about the changes in you, and very pleased for you! Keep us posted :-) And I reiterate, great to hear from someone who has worked through the Alpha Female!
