When i get home from work I put on ASC immediatly and do my daily routine of jumping jacks, pushups, and situps. I then turn it off and do my mirror affirmations. turn it back on for about 1 hour to 1 hour 1/2. By this time it's almost 8 and I get food or start cooking food. I begin to listen to WM after I get a loop or two done with ASC so I have about 8-10 hours of WM. All in all close to 12 hours of subliminals each day.
When I do my written affirmations I pause the subliminals as well. Like shannon said It's possible for conflict so I rather just be safe than sorry.

Interesting stuff today, gentlemen. I went to publix today to grab a few groceries and man were there some milfs in that place. with a few exceptional girls my age. In fact I caught a few of them checking me out especially this incredibly sexy girl right next to me in the condiments aisle. She mustve been just under 30 and this chick as a 10. She seemed like that perfect girl you got to have and she may have matched my exact criteria for a girlfriend as far as body shape and looks. So beautiful women are starting to manifest more for me probably since I've really dug deep and just said fuck it and now I'm totally letting things happen while I continue my affirmations, subliminals, and natural grounding.
The odd part about all of this is I never really looked into any of there eyes because I couldnt see their eyes. I wasn't wearing my glasses because it was pouring outside. If you wear glasses you know why I left my glasses in the truck. Through all of this though I just felt great. I didn't give a shit. In fact I got some stupid red neck to flip me off yesterday because I caught him staring me down when he was driving through a light. I never looked away I just started him back down haha. But, on back on subject It's crucial you feel great all the time everywhere you go. I'm pushing myself to that point only a little so I can let it naturally take form. I guess I'm pushing a little because of the first stages of WM.
Also another great manifestation story... Earlier today I thought about my trip to Publix. I said to myself "I wanna see if they have that new FUEL cereal cheaper than the other grocery store. I hope so." I just let that thought go and went about my day. Well low and behold I went to publix and not only was that cereal cheaper but it was buy one get one free. Plus most if not all the women were checking me out. haha This is only going to get better!

Question to anyone who knows. Is it ok for me to go about my business on the computer say listening to music or watching movies at a "normal" volume while the silent sub is playing at a "normal" volume?

had the weirdest dream.. last night... I was with a group of people and just chillin and then this milf walks in probably about 50 or so. She reminded me of stifflers mom. I ended up fucking her twice but it wasn't in first person. I was seeing it froma third person point of view with different angles. It was like a porno. O.o

Spiral, there seems to be a bit of misunderstanding here. If the subliminals conflict with the mirror suggestions, they will conflict regardless of whether you turn the subs off while saying them or not. However, you are probably getting the benefit of not distracting your subconscious with so many times as many suggestions from my sub playing at the same time.

I don't think there is any conflict honestly. All the things I say in the mirror are pretty positive.
