RE: OGSF v3 6G - Seeking deeper levels of healing - GreekGod22 - 10-13-2025 Had a notable encounter at the gym today. I was looking for a place to put my water bottle and towel, as I was going to do some curls nearby. I move towards a bench (a bench press setup with barbell), and when I’m about to put my things, a guy (who is also a trainer) comes out to me and says “excuse me, I’m using this bench” on a firm, and slightly annoyed voice. But the thing is, he had no towel on the bench. The gym rules states use towel always. I wouldn’t be able to tell he was using it bc. he had no towel on. The moment he called me out, I instantly looked at him, almost anticipating or even craving a confrontation. But I decided to leave it be, and that it’s not worth the hassle to argue, I got better things to do. Said nothing and moved my things. It’s interesting. Previously, such an interaction would cause fear and even make me anxious on the inside. But this time it didn’t. I had a slight instinct to lash out on him, but it would have been an overreaction, as he did say “excuse me”. RE: OGSF v3 6G - Seeking deeper levels of healing - GreekGod22 - 10-18-2025 On to my last ON cycle of OGSF v3 6G. Close to the 3 month mark. Today I had a spontaneous crying session that lasted only a couple of moments. I thought of people who are no longer in this life, but meant a lot to me. I’ll take it as a sign of healing and emotional processing happening.
