@Openhorizon Neither of those options. You need to run each stage for a month. Stage 1 is 1 month. Followed by Stage 2 the second month. And so on.

Shannon, if you created a program for ADHD I feel pretty confident that the program would be a success with many people buying and subscribing. Plus, many people who don't have ADHD would be able to tell family and friends who do about your product(s).
