If you have 1511, use that for a while and see what OSC has done for you.  But it doesn't sound like you really followed the directtions for OSC.

I used OSC 6G for 2 months and My goal was listen every day. It turned out it was more like 2 days a week on average for the 2 months.

So I may have just half assed it on OSC the first time around. I can tell you that I felt the effectiveness of OSC up till 2 months ago and I started February 22, 2025 and stopped on April 19th 2025.

Thanks for confirming that going backwards in tech won't set me back. Hearing that from you is a big help.

So with the way I  ran OSC the first time would you recommend OSC ran again before X4A-1511 or just use 1511 for a while as you said above?

If you ran it on average 2 days a week, you're trying to avoid full execution at some level by limiting the exposure time and making excuses to justify why you didn't follow the instructions.  That means that whatever results you got were not what you could have gotten if you had actually followed the instructions.

As to what you run next, that's up to you.

I don't mean to dog pile...

I wasn't going to say anything earlier, but I think a similar thing happened during 1511 or 1000...

So, I wouldn't advise to spend a very large amount of money on a sub (ie. 1600) if the listening regimen isn't there in accordance with the instructions. You won't get what you pay for.

Maybe stick to OSC until a long term routine is commonplace. Thankfully for you, 6G subs require microscopic listening compared to earlier generations...

(Obligatory "back in my day sermon"...)

Back during 5G and 4G days...I would listen up to 21 hours a day building a routine around that. Usually 12+ though to be more realistic.

Not everyone can do that, that isn't the point. The point is, now we have such short times it makes it extremely easy to listen, and to get a vastly more effective end user result.

20 minutes. That's what this sub needs. 20 minutes per day. Maybe once you do a full run of 20 minutes per day (2 months), then judge where you're at.

If you've already gotten SOME benefit from OSC, just imagine what a full proper run will do for you. Examine where you are at that point, whether more is needed or try 1511.

But the listening routine in accordance with the instructions is what matters, or 1000G won't work for you.

@Shannon I agree 2 days a week was me avoiding full execution. I had planned to run it every day but I struggled to listen as much as I did.

I kept forgetting to run it.

@CatMan

X4a 1000 and 1511 I had good results. I followed instructions.

Your suggestion of OSC every day sounds like a solid plan.

The instructions say listen every day that I want to improve confidence and I took that as to listen whenever I felt the need. That's my mistake.

I appreciate your advice.

I'll just have to make a better effort to listen to OSC the way Im supposed to do.

RE: Rocks Optimal Self Confidence 6G - Shannon - 08-06-2025

Forgetting to run it was one of the last ways your subconscious had left to resist. I don't know if that's still possible after the new ASS/ART update (starting in E7) but there's an easy way to defeat "forgetting to run it". Use a schedule on your timer or calendar app on your phone.

Alright I'll make a schedule on my calendar app and be more disciplined in using OSC 6G

Thanks for that.

Thanks for that.

This morning I listened to Optimal Self Confidence.

First day back after a long break of subs.

I feel an urge to listen to it again. I'm not going to though.

The program did put me to sleep. It did that before so I set an alarm on my phone to wake me after 30 minutes.

Osc is only 20 but a 30 minutes nap is good.

I had a dream last night that I was eating bars of dial soap for some reason I can't remember.

One of my aunts chased me down and we got in an argument about eating the soap but I don't know what was said.

I don't know if this dream had anything to do with me starting the program today but it's a funny dream to me and someone may need a good laugh.

I made a schedule on my phones calendar with reminders. I want to listen every day for 2 months.

Confidence has always been good for me. Optimal Confidence is obviously better.

I look forward to the benefits of 6G but before that I have Money Magnet 5.11G and X4A 1511 that I want to get more use from before I do that and OSC 6G is the best start.

I'll listen to OSC 2 months

Then Money Magnet 5.11G

Then X4A-1511

RE: Rocks Optimal Self Confidence 6G - Shannon - 08-08-2025

Listen according to the instructions. Going outside that, too much or too little, is a sabotage tactic.

Agreed. I didn't cave to the urge to listen a second time.

I think it was excitement or more likely a sabotage tactic as you said.

Also, I will journal as much as possible but as last time I ran OSC I can't really tell much besides the fact that my confidence is higher than without OSC.

There is a case where more listening is not a sabotage tactic, but follow the instructions.  Last time you didn't.

The instructions just say listen
every day that you wish to continue developing and improving your self confidence.

I listened 2 days a week for 20 minutes a day.

That wasn't following instructions and that's on me.

I was gonna just listen every for the full run but that may be too much.

So how many days a week minimum do you suggest?

"Use this program for 20 minutes per day on, every day that you wish to continue developing and improving your self confidence.  A full run-through is 2 months.  You can use this program for multiple run-throughs if you wish."

Stick to daily for 20 minutes for 2 months. Then evaluate progress and if another run is required.

Keeps it simple. That's easy for anyone to manage.

Normally I would say you'll know when you need to take a day off here and there. But since we've already had issues with listening consistency, I'm hesitant to say that, of course.

Building the listening habit will help you with OSC long-term, but also with other programs. If that's not in place, no point buying programs, they're a waste.

I think you'll like what OSC will do for you if there's consistency. ASC made me a believer...once upon a time...

Catman, why would you suggest that he would know when to take days off once in a while?  The idea is to follow the directions.  Not take side quests to distract from and derail the programs "because you want to".

I didn't.

I said it says what he claimed, which I admit comes off as somewhat vague. It leaves the interpretation as something similar to on-demand or something, and not as exact as other programs. Maybe a small rewrite to clarify that more firmly would fix the perception issue.

"every day that you wish to continue developing and improving your self confidence".

Then I clearly said to listen daily though. "Stick to daily for 20 minutes for 2 months."

I hear your overarching point, which I did state. However, I recognised the wording issue in my post too.
