Hi @Shannon Does Optimal Physical Healing V2.0 have a specific purpose to make the skin clearer, brighter, whiter, healthier, and remove moles? or is this subliminal only for healing wounds? Thank you in advance
The product description goes over what it's for and how it can be useful in pretty good detail. It's designed for healing, and that doesn't require a wound necessarily. It isn't designed to affect skin or remove moles, but if you skin is damaged and needs healing, it would kick in. Read the whole description. Lots of good stuff in there.

Friday - 2025 January 17th
I parked my car to go shopping, so keep in mind I am not driving my car.
As I got to the entrance of the grocery store, my heart went into cardiac arrest.
My heart stopped, somehow the way I fell, I didn’t hit my head and I didn’t break my eyeglasses.
A team of Paramedics were on break, shopping for lunch.
They jumped into action, did CPR, and shocked my heart 3 times with a defibrillator.
Wednesday - 2025 April 9th
Day of Surgery for an ICD (implantable cardioverter-defibrillator). I had two lead wires attached to my heart. The tip of the wire is shaped like a corkscrew and twists into the heart muscle. The body treats it like an infection and attacks it, forming scar tissue around the 2 wires and the ICD.
The surgeon placed the ICD on my left shoulder. When I get a Cardiac MRI in the future, the Cardiac MRI will have a clear view of the heart.
After reading the warnings and @Shannon advice, I will listen to Optimal Physical Healing v1.
-Possible fever 100.4 degrees Farenheit
-Drainage of the incision site
-Pain around the site
-Bleeding from the site
-Swelling in the arm or at the incision
-Chest pain or shortness of breath
-If the ICD shocks you twice, call 911
Allowed to Drive - 1 week
Allowed to Return to Work - 1 week (I took 8 weeks off). It makes sense when you think about it. Being allowed to drive, there’s no excuse not to return to work.
You are NOT allowed to lift objects over 10 lbs for 6 weeks; try explaining that at work. My time off is approved, so I'll rest and recover.
Based on the videos I found on YouTube, Recovery would take 8 weeks, but it is 6 weeks. Therefore, I will be listening to Optimal Physical Healing v1 for 6 weeks during my recovery, but I will not be journaling since I already know that OPH v1 works for me.
Today - Thursday - 2025 April 10th
After I got home from the hospital and got comfortable, I began 25 minutes of OPH v1 - 5 days on - 2 days off and will continue for 6 weeks. (sometime around Thursday - 2025 May 22nd)
