The product description goes over what it's for and how it can be useful in pretty good detail.  It's designed for healing, and that doesn't require a would necessarily.  It isn't designed to affect skin or remove moles, but if you skin is damaged and needs healing, it would kick in.  Read the whole description.  Lots of good stuff in there.
