Had vivid dreams last night again, but I think it's from taking Glycine before bed, and not because of UMS.
I made a bold move yesterday with my Crypto investment, put all my bags into a medium-risk position. Confident it will pay out. I'm becoming eager and inpatient to quickly elevate my financial status and have to remind myself it is going to take time and dedication.

After 30 days of Stage 1, I moved on to Stage 2. Blasted 3 loops of Hybrid last night. Had an impulse to switch format to Hybrid and followed it. My mindsets surrounding money are changing and crystalizing day by day, as I'm having important realizations. I will share more about this soon.
Excited for 2022.

Had 2 unsuccessful interviews.
2. 2 weeks ago, I put 90% of my crypto portfolio into a specific coin. It was a researched decision, medium-risk move. Currently it’s up by 40-50%. I intend to take profits at 80-90% and pay some of the debt that I have.

I journaled everyday since starting this sub, as it was easier for me to track the days / cycles. But since not every day anything significant happens, I might do the tracking offline and only journal the significant days / moments.

Frustrating day. My procrastination hasn't improved. My physical energy levels suffer..
Using masturbation again as an escape mechanism.
Will try Ultrasonic at some point, it's the format that I've used the least.

You might want to give it a few days before switching format. Could be resistance instead of overload.

I really have to find the discipline to cut porn usage as it kills my motivation and zest for achievement. I think the sub is triggering this habit, in an attempt to not execute the instructions. Same thing happened when I was running OFv3. And it seems like the Hybrid format triggers it the most.

Been more than 1 month of UMS. So far not seeing dramatic changes, such as increased motivation, for example. But I do notice myself becoming more conscious, aware on the topic of money / wealth. I will notice when others have limiting beliefs about money, the difference in mindset between poor / middle class people and wealthy people.
