They didn't really seem like they even cared. The gave me a potential counter offer but they couldn't even come close to match the other company's offer. Didn't seem like they were really trying to keep me. Well, not the person who dictates the salaries. Right On SuperMan. as the ole saying goes ' F'-um if they cant take a joke!' all the best in a newer, better position and much better pay by the sound if it all. UMS Rocks!! RE: Superman's UMS thread - Superman - 08-21-2019 It's taking time, but I'm slowly making progress towards digging myself out of this financial hole I'm in RE: Superman's UMS thread - Superman - 09-04-2019 Just wanted to chime in with an update. Still following the 2x1, 7x0. Nothing major to report. On listening days I'm pretty tired. Nothing else to report at all New job pays better but I'm not exactly happy with their business practices. I probably won't be at this company very long. RE: Superman's UMS thread - Shannon - 09-04-2019 Are you planning to try reducing the days off or increasing the days on or loops? RE: Superman's UMS thread - Superman - 09-07-2019 I wasn't planning on changing the schedule, how do you recommend I change it? RE: Superman's UMS thread - Shannon - 09-07-2019 If all you're getting is tired from the program, you need more exposure to overcome the resistance that is making you tired. Do you recommend more days of 1 loop or more loops per day? Or less days off RE: Superman's UMS thread - Shannon - 09-08-2019 If it were me, I would try 5 to 8 loops one time with 7 days off to see what happened. OK, I guess I'll give 7 loops one day, then 7 off a try. Im doing this exact same thing... I did 15 loops in 2 days....now Im on the 3rd day of at least a 7 day 'bloom' period,of being off UMS fer 7 days. RE: Superman's UMS thread - Superman - 09-11-2019 First day of the break, woke up this morning with some serious brain fog and it was extremely hard to get out of bed. Was just tired throughout the day despite getting enough sleep. Although my coffee intake has gone down dramatically to almost zero now whereas I was having a minimum of one per day in the morning and sometimes one in the afternoon RE: Superman's UMS thread - Superman - 09-23-2019 I had a pretty strange night last night. I slept horribly and I don't think I've ever had so many nightmares in one night. Night mares in general are very rare for me but last night it was just non stop one after another. I don't plan on running DMSI but maybe this is TID |
