As you know, when Shannon returns from Savannah he will be uploading MLS 5G.

I don't know what he is planning on working on next. EPRHA 2.0 or OF 5G or something else more important on his list.

He does take our suggestions into consideration and that's what slows down the process. He did say a week; that was 4 days ago and even when he gets back from his well deserved getaway, it will still be delivered on time!

First as Shannon described it when he first created "OGSF", "overcome fear, guilt and shame" is Overcoming fear + guilt and shame added.
Running OF on it's own would be more useful if you don't have any shame and guilt.

EPHRA was created to be a more nicer version of OGSF while being as powerful and it seems to be exactly that. OGSF was reported as too harsh, too much resistance so he created EPHRA. But some people prefer it the hard way and doesn't feel good if they don't feel a good resistance so they prefer to use OF/OGSF over EPHRA. I'm not saying everyone who use OF/OGSF are like that. I just noticed there is this tendency.
Adding OF in OGSF doesn't make sense at all to me. Same to add OF to EPHRA.

OGSF is in AM6 so there is also OF in it.

Catman I think you would more benefit from another run of AM6 than just using OF, OGSF or EPHRA.

And last thing I think Shannon wrote somewhere that he didn't create OF or OGSF in 5G because he thought it would be harsher than the 4G version and the 4G version was already reported as too harsh.

Edit: I could also add that some people reported better results with OF than with OGSF so some people tend to believe that OF is more powerful. But to me there is not enough reports to prove this to be true. Same for OF/OGSF being better than EPHRA: not enough report. There is not enough guys who did both EPHRA and OF/OGSF. And even if there were it would still be hard to be sure about which one is better, check the AM5 vs AM6 thread.

That makes me question which version is the OF in WM. If it's 5G it could be extracted the same way.
