Great to hear that you feel that you have made progress. However, what I feel when I read you text, is that you maybe will have more benefit from running E2 - getting emotionally stable, create some good relationships and friendships and just get OK with where you are and letting go of your past. I think chakra meditations also I a good idea, while focusing on working with them bottom to top, and maybe because of your history of anxiety and worry, give the root some extra focus. I have too been stuck in worry and have worked on my root chakra for around 3 months and think there will be a couple more before I am ready to go to the next one. It feels like you are to involved with how you are perceived, and to little with how you feel, your dreams, etc. Just my five cents.
Again. Thanks for the replies. Hey man, how are you working on your root chakra? Have you noticed something? Recently I started to work on mine too, I am still not sure about the best approach (still researching) and would love to hear someone else experience
Hi man!
I have been doing this meditation daily for 3 months:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JTqktSAmG30
Well, I am more "secure" and stable. I feel less anxious, and more like I feel safe in my own body. My body is more relaxed. I can enjoy things more. More connected to nature and animals. Less irritated. Easier to concentrate. More organized. Just good stuff
Good luck! If you have any questions you are welcome to PM me about anything!

Thank you, that's awesome! If i can make a suggestion: http://higherselfteachings.com/cds/chakra-meditation-higher-self-guided-awakening-healing/
I brought this guided meditation after some recommendations and reading all the great reviews, just tried sooner and it was mindblowing, i cried on the first chakra (didn't expected this lol). It contains all 7 chakras but you can choose which ones you want to work on, i choosed the 3 lower ones and plan to do it daily for the next months

Awesome man! Sounds interesting, bookmarked and I'll maybe so the same thanks!
EDIT: I read some of the reviews and it really seems to be great! Did you do the awakening first or the healing one? Or both?

I got a bit sceptical after watching his youtube-videos though. He seems very "spacey" and that is not really what I need. I need someone grounded to guide me right now. But i'll maybe look into it further ahead as said Thanks anyway!

Just a headsup/feedback to Greenduck,
You come across as calm and knowing what you need. Your last post reflects that in its energy signature. Do you think E2 has assisted you in that? For me, your post gives a new outlook to it, instead of seeing E2 making one to passive/blank.

Thanks.
Hard to say really. I lost footing a while back, not knowing what next step to take and feeling generally lost. I decided to go from that, and towards a place of inner guidance. (which was how I functioned before becoming all ungrounded, so I knew that there was a more stable place to be) So i started become more sceptical, sticking to stuff for a longer time, realizing that people often give recommendations based on their own experience and needs, rather than your experience and needs (i.e. listen more to yourself, less to others). I also realized that if I am overcomplicating things, try to make it more simple. Look for the simple explanation for stuff, not the jadajada theories and whatsoever. What do you feel about stuff, let that guide you. Not what a theory (adopted by X-number of people) say, if you feel different, screw the theory and follow your own intution.
I think what you mean stems from being more grounded. I don't know if E2 have helped me to become more grounded, it maybe have helped me to relax, and thus become more grounded, but as stated, hard to know. But doing meditations on grounding have definitely helped me towards that direction. You can check out the link to the meditation I posted in the previous page.
Just general recommendation - state what you look for (in this case to become more guided from your self and becoming more calm for example (?) ) and listen to yourself what you need to do to arrive there. When I lost footing subliminals was given to much attention, if you may, and rather than being a tool to my daily life, they became almost an obsession. I have somewhat got that feeling from some members here on the forum, so there is something to be a bit cautious about. Subliminals are a tool that YOU use, not a tool that use you. Big difference.
Regarding the passive side about E2, I believe it becomes what you do with it. If it make you passive, you are probably overusing it.
EDIT: Oh yeah. Working with my body have helped with this also. Doing TRE for example.

@Greenduck that quote you have credited to Will Smith as actually from Eric Thomas. It's from this
