Thing is I usually change subs when I experience anxiety and start obssesing over a particular sub. Therefore I used Amethyst. Keeps me calm and prevents me from making any impulsive and irrational decisions.

I choose Rose Quartz because it's emotional healing properties are much similar to LTU 5G.Therefore combination is powerful. Its pretty awesome btw.

I think if u are using a sub then u should also use a particular crystal for that.

Like for example for AM sub grounding stone will be perfect.

Well I do have Green aventurine but I have never really used it..E2 and Rose quartz are great combination.

But try Amethyst if u feel any kind of resistance.
Blue crystals are mostly for upper chakras. Throat,eye,crown...But Amethyst is mainly for crown as it is close to " Soul Chakra"

I have seen that quartz crystals are very powerful. Like Amethyst ,Rose, Clear Quartz..Quartz are amplifiers of energy and convert negative into positive.

By source I meant, where you buy them from. I'm mainly looking to Amazon and ebay at the moment, but it's really difficult to tell if they're natural or not, especially the ones on ebay...

Also, for some reason I find Black Obsidian beautiful!!
